Pros

It's a great coaching tool for my manager and myself. I can pick listen to calls and understand where I am most effective and where I need more work.

Cons

I don't like that you can't hear the other end of the call. That can make the coaching part hard.

I have better phone conversations as a result of reviewing my calls, self-reflection and getting feedback from my manager or colleagues. It also can help with accountability. I wish that our sales culture would adopt more of a "coaching and development" mindset. Sometimes I feel our leadership team is more focused on getting immediate results and forgetting that we need to continuously develop people and good results will come.

Pros

I like to see the call in one view - name & title of contact, seeing highlights, the notes, ability to share with colleagues and management, smiley/frowning face, and feedback requested are all good features.

Cons

I don't know what I like least about the software...

Pros

I like the overall functionality. You can easily teach yourself to use this software if you're even remotely tech savvy.

Cons

It'd be nice to have calls sync faster. Generally seems like it takes us about an hour or 2 to be able to review our calls.

I like that it can help us in our role to be able to see people that are great on calls and help us find ways to improve different areas of our calls and be able to be more confident when it comes to talking to certain people that we are not used to catching on the phone.

Pros

I like that I am able to see differently libraries of each type of call that we have. -Also i like that I can pick any call and listen to it to help my craft.

Cons

That you have to tag everything and I just wish that you dont have to tag different names in the call.

I love being able to go back and see where I could improve on my calls. It is awesome to also listen to other employees calls for ideas and feedback

Cons

Really not much I can complain about with the software. I guess I wish it would record a little sooner so I could listen to it as soon as I finish the call.

Helps me get better everyday my friend. Very valuable tool in that sense. I'd just use it more if you could let me download the audio, or show me where it is if im just a dum dum and missed an obvious step lol.

Pros

I love being able to listen to my calls. I also like the lay out, the User interface, I find it very easy to use.

Cons

It might just be me or maybe the edition I have, but I can't seem to find anywhere to download the recording, and so a predicament arises for me. I have a sales coach, and a few mentors I share my calls with outside of TimeTrade. If I disposition it as a Demo Scheduled within Salesloft, it automatically records it in execvision, but doesn't provide me a recording file. So I either use exec vision and can't share my recordings, or I just download the salesloft one. I'd prefer to use your product! I don't want to sound overly critical, you all do great work, this is just a contributor to my lower adoption of this tool.

### "Amusing Transcription "

Being in the Success department we have a very different use case for this tool currently. Our primary use case was really the transcription, rather than the coaching, etc, because we aren't to that point YET. The transcription capabilities are just not where they need to be for this tool to be useful. Currently, if I compare the transcription to what is capable with Zoom, ExecVision falls far short. The transcriptions are almost unintelligible or if nothing else, laughable. We aren't using any of the other features, so the product is really not needed in our department.

Pros

I thought the CSM who did the training was fantastic. I love the IDEA of this software.

Cons

The transcription is very sub par in comparison to Zoom.

Just that it takes time to load a call and sometimes takes a while to review calls. Wish it had automatic tags with certain key words or phrases.

Improvement of my sales skills

Pros

The ease of use. You can quickly for your calls (and others) and select the call of choice. The layout is welcoming and helpful

Cons

Sometimes immediately following a call or message I like to return to listen and analyze my performance (when it is fresh in my mind) but the system is a slow loading and I often have to wait.

Pros

Since I have been using exec vision it has helped me get better at my job. I did not realize going back and listening to your calls helps a lot. Using exec vision is a valuable tool for your success.

Cons

When I go on exec vision I always have to open it through Google chrome. When someone shares a call with me it makes it confusing cause it does not work.

Pros

Being able to hear calls, share, make comments is huge for Inside Sales. Having the ability to make a library of Greatest Hits is also huge for the callers.

Cons

Wish the calls were loaded faster. We have to go to another source to hear calls that require immediate feedback.

Pros

What I like most is the ability to listen to my calls when I'm commuting, which makes that time valuable.

Cons

I wish I could access the recordings directly after the call is made. I have to wait, usually a day, to access the recordings. Sometimes I get a lot of information quickly and it would help to make sure everything is captured in the notes.

I like the way you can edit calls and highlight and share particular sections with ease. The interface is responsive.

Cons

Sometimes when you filter your call results, the software does not load all the calls that meet the criteria. This happens maybe 1/5 filter searches.

It’s been very positiv. I haven’t encountered any errors and very impressed by the quality of information in able to grab.

Pros

Love the UI and data quality; no transcript service is perfect (yet) but aexecVision has done a great job capturing data and making it extremely easy to locate. Love being able to use advanced search settings

Cons

Not sure I have much to say on this topic and my experience has been overall positive. My first and only hurdle was navigating brand new software, but I was up and running through the platform within 15-20min if using it.

Sadly we currently only have 1 side of the conversation and that makes it difficult to remember what the other side was like. I also worry about this becoming a micromanagement tool.
