Pros

I like the clarity of the sound but do not like the feedback of background noise.

Cons

No chat for internal conversations with coworkers or management. searching for calls a bit more convenient through multiple sources.

Great training benefits, if your team isn't listening to calls, get Execvision and start transforming your call quality

Pros

Ability to review anyones calls, send them out, highlight certain part. Scoring calls to our training is great.

Cons

I think it might be a internet connection problem on our end, or something with our upload server with Outreach but Execvision can be really slow and completely unusable but only about 10% of the time.

Pros

I lke that the software is easy to use. I really enjoy the transcript feature to see how many umms I make.

Cons

It's just hard to understand where anything is. I can't find my recording in the first 24 hours which stinks.

Overall I am becoming a better salesman by reviewing the pros and cons of my phone calls.

Pros

I like how I can easily go back, listen to my calls, and send them to my manager for feedback.

Cons

My least favorite part is that it does take some time for calls to be registered into the software (approx a 45 min delay)

Self-IMPROVEMENT.

Pros

I love how easily I can view phone calls. My own and other people from my company. My productivity improved drastically after I can hear myself and learn from what I hear. Their service is fantastic. They are proactive in reaching out to us and making it clear that it's for our benefit. I can even listen to it with my handy dandy smart phone!

Cons

I love everything about it. Simplicity is key here. The only thing that makes me go is the price. I also don't use it that much as I expected too. But I need to discipline myself to do this.

Pros

I like that it automatically records my longer calls so I can find areas to improve on while also seeing how my peers present.

Cons

I've had a few calls cut off in parts of the recording and the breakdown of "Who's Speaking?" isn't always 100%.

Leverage my recorded calls to learn more effective from management

Pros

The user interface is simple to use, with ton of features to take notes, get feedback, and learn from your sales calls. Very helpful tool if you are in sales.

Cons

The integration with sales-force could be better. The calls don't sync very often, and you need to manual match calls with leads.

Valuable teaching tool

Pros

I've enjoyed how ExecVision has been teaching tool and allowed me to hone on my skills. I also enjoy how ExecVision allows our organization to share success and not so successful calls with one another as teaching lessons.

Cons

When I find one I will answer this question. I have not been using ExecVision longer enough to find a flaw or a feature I don't like or can't find any use for. Therefore, this would have to be considered another positive until I feel I am without functionality or feature.

Pros

I love how I can listen to my own calls to hear what I need to work on, and listen in on my coworkers to get different pitch ideas, and learn from their mistakes and successes.

Cons

I don't like how I am not able to listen to calls from outside my office.

Pros

That all of us peers can review each other and learn. It's nice to be able to get feedback, but it's even better to be a sponge.

Cons

I don't like the training courses. I feel like there's a lot of potential, but it's just not there yet. I like the product.

Cons

Selecting a certain portion of the call can be tedious. I would like to be able to more easily select a portion of my call.

I get the opportunity to listen to my calls and score them to see if I am doing a good or bad job and can see what I can work on.

Pros

I really like that it allows me to listen to my old calls and judge the calls based on the category I put it into.

Cons

Sometimes it takes awhile to find the calls from day. Meaning it is hard to find calls that happened earlier in the day - it just takes time to load.

Pretty good so far. This tool has allowed me to schedule more demos than before. I've definitely improved my calls from learning from my mistakes.

Pros

\- Easy to navigate and search for calls. - Helps to coach on mistakes made during calls

Cons

Some of the calls were not recorded but very few. Not a big deal

It is nice to have the ability to reflect on calls at the end of every week. Learning better talk tracks and objections that I struggle with.

Cons

I find is very difficult to post comments at the end of each week. Have a color system in place to would be helpful.

i can listen to calls. and it does a good job in terms of functionality. I like how you can fast forward calls.

Cons

sometimes its a pain to log in and you have to hit forgot password. You also can only listen to your end of calls which makes it lack clarity.
