Pros

The way you can score reports, share them with the team and get instant feedback is very helpful. It's a pretty user-friendly tool as well.

Cons

The extreme lag time with longer recordings being uploaded to my account is very frustrating. It interrupts my workflows for ongoing development when they take longer than desired.

Pros

I love the ability to change speeds as well as the keyword finder. Very helpful to locate specific points in the conversation.

Cons

No cons. The tools has all the functionality I need.

We share calls within our team to better refine best practices. I get better on my calls and more quickly deliver value to my accounts based off of the feedback this software facilitates.

Pros

I like the ability to quickly and clearly annotate and share calls with my team. My calls sync quickly and I can review calls in close to real-time.

Cons

The highlight/comment functions are a little clunky. I'd like to be able to move the pop up box on the screen. It would also be great if I could pause the call while writing a comment or highlight.

It does it's job well - it allows you to share calls with another person for (typically) training purposes.

Pros

The system integrates well with our screen sharing tool (Clearslide) and, assuming you remember to click record in the beginning, you don't have to do anything else to get the call in the system.

Cons

I'm not sure how advanced transcript services are on any software (I know they are rapidly improving), but it would be great to have a better sense as to where we are in the call so I can quickly review the important parts. If you actually use all of the functions properly, you can do a decent job of marking the call up with important sections and key points/comments along the call, but it is just super time consuming. If there was a basic transcript you could use as a guide to bounce around the call, it would save a ton of time.

Pros

The most Liked features of the software: - user friendly -The ability to easily send calls for review -to see when the prospect is speaking and when the seller is speaking. This gives light into the call and if the seller is patient and actuality understanding what the prospect is saying. -the ability to transcribe the call -managers, sellers, and yourself to highlight and leave comments at certain parts in the conversation -look for key words within the call saving time by not having to listen to the entire recording only listen to the jey aspects need at the time -see how many time a sells says umm, like and etc to try and fix their errors -the ability to send the recording to people in your organization that do not even have the software

Cons

The least like features of the software: -the software can lag when loading -it at times glitches and signs me out -the call can take awhile at times to load from Sales force into exec vision -I wish it had capability to put the link of the call recording in the notes section on salesforce instead of sending the recording through email -I wish it had the ability to save recipients of call recordings that the seller has previously used

Sharing call recordings, and working with managers to get feedback on how to improve. Also, being able to listen to calls from top performers.

Pros

Records calls, can share amongst the entire sales floor including managers, allows for commenting and rating so that constructive feedback can be shared, let's you stop-and-go as needed.

Cons

Not very user friendly, at all. The app is bad. Difficult to navigate, even when using keywords when wanting to find a specific call. Sharing capacity isn't very intuitive. Doesn't always sync all the calls, which is horrible when there is an extremely important call that one hoped would be recorded, and wasn't.

It has helped me get better at selling and has also helped me go back and learn about client's main focuses by listening to their voiced concerns/problems that need to be solved.

Pros

I like the intuitive user interface. It takes virtually zero training to learn how to use, because it is not over-cluttered, and has all of the basic functionality that you would desire as an account executive.

Cons

What I like least is the search functionality. I feel like the "contains" search is not robust enough, and I have to get very creative to find particular saved meetings. An improvement in this area would get rid of all aspects that bother me about the software.

Easy to share calls with the team, it captures your screen as well which makes it way to know what you were referencing.

Cons

Doesn't do the best job of documenting who is speaking, would be nice to have the button functions appear when you hover over them.

The thing I like the most is how easy it is to find your call once its uploaded. Its a nice user friendliness software.

Cons

I don't like how I have to wait a couple hours for my calls to get in the system. Other than that its a good software.

I feel like it's super helpful to learn from other account executives as well as from our managers. I know it's also really easy to coach others without having to plan specific times to listen. You can actually select a longer calls to bypass all of the voicemail calls. You can also search by specific topics and create resource libraries.

Pros

The ability to record, coach, and create a library of files to learn from. It certainly makes training and quality control easier.

Cons

I remember at first there were some integration issues, but overall, it's very easy to use. I'm not part of that team, though so I can't add too much more on that.

It has been a great experience and a very helpful tool

Pros

I love how the software allows you to go back and listen to recorded calls. It is a great learning tool for Sales. I love how you can search within a call to for a specific word, so if you are looking to recap on a bit of information someone said on the call you can pin point that portion of the call rather than having to listen to the full thing.

Cons

No complaints other than sometimes it seems my calls have not recorded, but I think this likely has to do with integration with outreach.

My overall experience with ExecVision is positive. This tool is improving how our team speaks to end users and our overall professionalism. NOTE: in my initial review, I had reported that I would be unlikely to recommend this program. The only reason for that is, I don't generally speak with anyone that I could recommend it to. If I did speak to anyone who would be interested, I would definitely recommend this program.

Pros

The fact that we can share calls and work together to improve our verbiage and strategies is what I like most about this software.

Cons

As a relatively new user, there is little I find to object to so far.

ExecVision allows the user to review, highlight, and share recorded calls with other peers for training, learning, and improving. It's simple, easy to use interface allows the user to easily examine a call and highlight certain areas for others to review.

Cons

A little buggy at times. Sometimes I can't move the position of the call without refreshing the page multiple times.

Pros

cloud-based, tools to help highlight and make comments on calls, share calls with the team, integration with Zoom

Cons

I wish there was a way to send an actual link to the phone call through Execvision. Examples: sometimes I need to pull up a call in a conference room or via email, and getting a quick link is sometimes more convenient than pulling up the app or logging. Also would like to see if it is possible to cut a certain snippet of a call (versus just highlighting a section).

The ability to record my sales calls and demos. Enables me to never miss a beat or a piece of information from the call. It also allows me to focus on the call itself instead of taking copious notes

Cons

I cannot upload recorded demos that are 1 hour or longer. Customer support is spotty and lags in response time.

I am a sales manager and I use Execvision daily. It is an excellent tool to provide coaching to your reps. Listening to their calls with the ability to give them feedback is super helpful to their development as cold callers. We even had some onsite trainings with the execs at Execvision. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pros

\-Ability to listen, critique, and highlight my sales reps calls -New, excellent reporting features -Overall Scorecard grading system -Wonderful Customer Support

Cons

\-The software is excellent, but there have been 1 or 2 bugs that made the screen jump. However, customer support fixed it within 24 hours, so not a big issue.

Pros

It is a great sales key. The tool is used in my company for quality assurance as well as coaching. I love it. It helps me be a better sales person.

Cons

I wish that I could listen to some of my calls that are less than 1 and a half minutes. I get denied sometimes and I would like to hear those calls as well.

I enjoy being able to review each of my calls for improvement and key takeaways. This is an excellent tool for sales teams to constantly refine their process.

Cons

I think that we need to include two-way call recording for full effect. Also, the tracking in salesforce should be more seamless.

the benefits is the ability to listen and review calls with your peers as previously said. I use execvision at least once a week to review how I'm sounding when talking to prospects.

Pros

I'm able to discuss with my peers about my calls and get feedback. It has helped me grow as a salesman because I'm able to listen to my tone, amongst other things.

Cons

The only thing I would change is make the operating system a little easier to navigate and find calls. Maybe add an algorithm to give end users that ability to find calls faster

A truer picture of how I come across to potential clients.

Pros

I like the way the conversations are broken up, how you are able to see when you're talking too much and what the potential for personal improvement is.

Cons

I would love to see the content better organized with options for date, time and less of the randomness on how you see the calls. Having to go and submit the call numbers is difficult if you don't take the extra step to write down the number at the time of the call.

Ability to see the percentages of overall talk time as far as who is speaking. Easy to share calls with other members of the organization

Cons

Some of the features are not that apparent. Hard to tell what certain buttons or functions are without clicking on them.
