I've had a lot of success sharing the conversations with my clients so that I don't need to go through multiple demos.

Pros

I can easily share portions of my calls/demos with my manager to get feedback, and it's very easy to share with customers as well if we need to reference something from our conversation.

Cons

It's a little confusing to sync with Salesforce - accounts vs opportunities.

Pros

Honestly, I don't think there is anything I like about ExecVision. I decided to stop using it.

Cons

ExecVision was not helpful in my role of prospecting. It only records one side of the conversation which makes it difficult to self-critique.

It has been an excellent experience. The CS team is knowledgeable and proactive. No complaints.

Pros

Our sales team has made enormous strides in a short period of time through the coaching tools that ExecVision has made available through their platform.

Cons

It would be nice if the GoToMeeting integration were a bit stronger, although it sounds like that will be the case shortly.

It is super easy to get to all my calls and it gives me ability to change and grow from hearing my calls.

Cons

The worst thing that I can say it that it takes to long for the calls to show up before you can hear them.

I can listen to my calls to identify areas of improvement

Cons

It is very difficult to do a search. To get the options on the left side, I have to click on 3 different things on and off for the options to appear. If I do a search for a keyword in the search box on the top, it always comes back as nothing. Even if I use exact spelling and caps. It is also difficult because I can't click the link from my email when a call gets shared, I have to copy the link and put it in my Google browser. At my job, Internet Explorer is the default. If these get fixed, then this tool would be a lot more useful and less of a headache. Also, if the calls come through faster, that would be even better. We have to wait hours or till the next day to listen to a call we just had.

We have been using Execvision for call coaching and also have been hosting a monthly call contest where reps post what they feel are their best calls and put in comments and highlights. Then the entire team and team leaders go in and listen and vote for the best call. The winner gets a tacky trophy that they get to proudly display on their desk for the month. Until they have to present it to the next months winner as a proud recipient!

Pros

Love how it records the calls and you can listen to the entire call or fast forward and back in the call you Can forward calls to peers or managers for review and put in comments or highlights.

Cons

Sometimes takes time for calls to post online

Pros

What I liked most was the ease of use out of the box. Immediately, it was intuitive how to use the product and search for calls. Love being able to search based on keyword -- this will enable us to be much more strategic as a sales org.

Cons

Some functional issues after setup (calls were linked to the wrong rep), but smooth sailing since.

Great product. Our company is loving it. You can listen to co-workers calls to improve your own. Searching for specific calls is easy. Training and tips for improvement are great.

Pros

Ease of use. GUI. Search capabilities, highlighting, commenting, sharing.

Cons

Not much. Transcribing is off for certain conversations. Making it seem like people are swearing when they aren't.

Setup is very easy and I like the clean, easy to navigate interface.

Would like to see more integration options, but they are off to a good start.

Overall experience has been great, I feel it is the perfect tool for sales to be coached on calls.

Pros

Very easy to collaborate on reviewing calls with manager and other teammates. You can easily comment and send certain parts of a call for people to review.

Cons

Comes off as a micromanagement tool, take some time to learn how to create libraries.

The ability to specifically highlight sections of calls and flag them for peers to easily be able to access. Very useful for sales call training

Cons

I wish each color highlight could be set to represent a specific thing, like purple = introduction, red = pain point, etc. Right now, our company is doing this by memory

Great to hear calls in real time. If I get off of a call and think it could have gone better, I can go back and listen and improve upon that.

Cons

Can be intimidating but it forces you to get better. When I first heard that we would be listening to calls I was nervous, but it forces you out of that comfort zone.

Pros

I like using ExecVision for call coaching, it is helpful to see where I could have made improvements and adding comments.

Cons

I think there are some kinks that still need to be worked out when listening to a call. ExecVision isn't the most helpful with their filters when searching for calls either.

Pros

Since our company implemented ExecVision it has become an asset to our business. We can listen to calls to find area of improvement and if you forget part of the conversation, you can go back and pull up the call recording. Since we have multiple offices, it is also nice that we can share our calls internally.

Cons

The only thing I struggle with is using the filters. I save certain filters and they are no longer working. However management is starting to manually put the filters in the library. Also, call recordings usually show up in ExecVision within an hour or two.

you cant leave a note without pausing call, and it doesnt add all calls quickly enough, i look for calls that arent recoreded

Pros

I love the ability to search for key points in a call through a keyword search.

Cons

Cons

I have had several issues with ExecVision syncing with my Outreach software, so the majority of my calls are logged on my dashboard.

Pros

Customer Service; Call scoring; Ease of putting into library. I've been at other companies that try to build a call library and it's never really happened. With EV, anyone can do it so it's super easy and adds lots of value.

Cons

Provisioning accounts is the biggest pain point. Have to sync outreach and SalesForce every time we get a new hire.
