### "Fantastic support team, solid ATS offering for 3rd party search firms"

March 31, 2022

4.0

RecruiterFlow is the right software for our company. With a fantastic support team and reliable, speedy software, our team onboarding was smooth and uptake on the platform was fairly seamless.

Pros

After years of limited options, there are finally an increasing number of ATS platforms coming online that accomodate the nuanced process of external recruiters. RecruiterFlow's greatest asset is their responsive support team. They are clearly working hard to develop a useful product in a somewhat crowded marketplace.

Cons

RecruiterFlow is a fairly new software. After extensively canvassing the market, it's easy to look at the features of Lever or Loxo and think, why can't \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ do that, too? There are absolutely limitations as it stands now when comparing them to the heavy hitters, but the trade offs are worth it. You get an easy-to-learn, solid software that is active and focused in rolling out new features when they are ready and not too early. Our recruiters would love a mobile app, too.

Reason for choosing Recruiterflow

Cost, customization, ability to submit candidates to external clients via email with ease.

After a few frustrating years on Bullhorn, we eventually dropped it in favor of a minimal Airtable database with some light custom code as a interface. While this was sufficient for a small firm with strong institutional memory, it couldn't scale with us as we added more distributed team members.

### "I recommend RecruiterFlow"

February 24, 2024

4.0

Very good allrounder. Intuitive product easy to learn and train on, with great services levels.

Pros

RF is on of the best priced products in the market for the market. If you're starting a new agency this is definitely a platform to consider.

Cons

There are really no drawbacks, it does what it says on the tin.

Alternatives considered

Reason for choosing Recruiterflow

Functionality and price point were my main considerations.

Switched from

[Loxo](https://www.capterra.com/p/165046/Loxo/)

I found Loxo to be over priced. It's a stacked platform, which is great if you're not techie and want an integrated product. However, they're not a leader in any one for the functions stacked, so you will find better platforms at better price points if you spend a little time considering you're core needs.

### "Lots of glitches and not user friendly. But very affordable"

August 4, 2020

2.0

If I were given a larger budget, I would move back to Greenhouse.

Pros

Being that it's an ATS, it's better than not having one. It is about 1 step above keeping paper resumes. It's much cheaper than other platforms The customer service is prompt.

Cons

This system is extremely glitchy and not intuitive compared to the other ATS platforms I have used. - Setting up the application form is quite awkward within job set up is clunky. If you don't save the job on that particular screen, all that information will be lost (even though every other aspect of the job set up does not work this way) - Invites randomly get sent out in the Monrovian time zone. - You can't remove a job from your job board without it closing the job completely. Both Greenhouse and Workable allow you to take the job off your careers page, but leave it open. - Formatting the job description is always off. - About 20% of the resumes that come through are unable to be read by the software, even though they are either PDF or Word docs.

Hey Sarah! Really sorry to hear about your experience with Recruiterflow. This is surely something we as a company don't want our users to experience. Most of the issues which you encountered can be solved easily and we have asked our team to reach out to you with details. Do let our team know in case these issues persist.

### "Recruiterflow tries harder!"

June 23, 2023

5.0

Had an \*\*excellent\*\* customer support call with \[sensitive content hidden\] who came on video with me to troubleshoot a minor issue but also asked about routine ways I was using Rf. He updated my import function so we're able to add candidates more quickly. We also went thru one of my Advanced Searches to see how it could be made better/more accurate. SUPER HELPFUL!

Pros

Recruiterflow works really hard to earn your business. +Product Updates: They solicit feedback on making product better and quickly turnaround product updates. For example, recently introduced new text feature in campaigns. +Customer Support: We speak with a real person, not a bot, every single time. We don't have to file a help ticket or wait for a call back, as I often did with Salesforce. Recruiterflow is a growing company with everyone invested in the success of the product and their clients. They're really interested in problem solving. I hope this never changes!

Cons

I wish they had a pricing option for groups vs. seats. Or lower cost for each additional user.

### "Great company and product "

April 20, 2023

5.0

Cannot praise this company enough from product, results to customer support.

Pros

I moved from Bullhorn to Recruiterflow and they did everything they could to make this a seamless transition. The product is excellent and compares favourably next to much more expensive systems. However I feel the real strength of the company is their customer support. I am astonished at how quickly they respond, their people are really knowledgable and you do not get passed about. They are so helpful all the time. Love it!

Cons

The way in uK it is not linking to WhatsApp or SMS automatically

Fantastic, setup was simple and rapid. Support is amazing using a chat function or email. The \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] of the product, even took time to send me explainer videos or jump on a zoom call to show me what to do.

In summary I really enjoy using it and it does not feel like another system on top of our working practises, it is seamless and a very useful tool to have.

Really helps to automate a lot of annoying tasks.

Pros

Super fast in the browser and whenever something doesn't work, very easy to talk to the team to get things resolved!

Cons

Some of the interactions have a different workflow from other ATS which can make it hard to juggle 3-4 things unless you use multiple browser windows.

Pros

I have already recommended them to a number of people! I think the UI/UX is great. Its concise, clear, user friendly and the team come back within 24 hours if I have any issues. I also love the ability to advertise on a variety of job boards as part of my package.

overall very happy.

Pros

I love that everything is organized and I can customize everything to my tastes

Cons

the resume search - I wish I could run a boolean search in it and call up every resume I need.. sometimes i type in a candidate last name and it does not come up..I also wish the job posting was more effective, the organic posts are ignored and I have to go through another ATS in front of yours to post and boost jobs, as they have a partnership with indeed. I can post through them at half the cost if I was doing it on my own.

Reason for choosing Recruiterflow

I needed posting that was included, and functionality to track what I needed, my way.

### "Excellent system, better Customer Service"

February 29, 2024

5.0

Pros

It really is an excellent product, but whats impressed me most is their people. The sales team were passionate and truly understood the product, which really wasn't the case when I got the pitches from other ATS/CRM systems. Further, the customer support once in are caring and really excellent at their job. I've been in Recruitment for 15 years and this is the best ATS I've used in terms of People support, and their product is one of the best as well.

Cons

Some small workflow changes could be made that aren't a big problem, it's just a 9/10 experience rather than a 10/10, I'm being critical. I feel like the kinks will be ironed out in time.

### "Solid Tool for Recruiting Agencies"

March 15, 2023

4.0

Overall it's been great! The data migration and implementation of the tool was easy and it seems like adoption of the tool has been a huge success.

Pros

I like how easy it is to navigate the tool. Everything is pretty straightforward and the job/candidate profile and pipeline customizability is essential for an agency like ours that have a variety of clients with different needs.I also love the automations!

Cons

The reporting functionality needs some work as it's not as straightforward as the rest of the system, though CS has been really helpful in solving our issues thus far.

Very positive and can only recommend it to everyone.

Pros

I am a big fan of the overview of the jobs you have posted in recruiterflow also it's easy to get an overview of where the different candidates are in the flow.

Cons

Well there is always room for improvement but I actually reached out to recruiterflow in regards to features we are missing and they are looking into it. One thing I just realized is of course their app on a mobile phone that is something which can be made a lot better.

### "A powerful and usable ATS"

September 6, 2023

5.0

Pros

It's user-friendly without sacrificing functionality. Recruiterflow has allowed us to build out, centralize, and standardize our sourcing and recruitment process in ways that were previously impossible. It's also highly customizable. I feel like I can adapt the product to reflect our workflow, as opposed to our previous ATS, which required us to change our workflow in order to use its full capability. Finally, the support team are incredibly responsive and helpful in addressing any issues that arise.

Cons

The transition from our previous system was quite rocky; not all of our data imported correctly, and our old records are still not entirely accurate. The reporting feature is also not as robust or clear as the rest of the product, to the point that I often end up pulling raw data and working it up in Excel instead.

### "Recruiterflow is an Outstanding Recruiting Tool - Customizable, Functional, Affordable"

May 16, 2019

5.0

Our experience with Recruiterflow has changed our business for the better. The system provides several key benefits for us, but below are two that come to mind: First, the customizations and process automation features save a tremendous amount of administrative time, allowing us to focus on impactful recruiting activities with clients and candidates. Secondly, the system provides structure as team members move from one project to another, and it gives us an at-a-glance "where are we on X" awareness that helps us set priorities and take impactful action.

Pros

Recruiterflow is an outstanding recruiting tool that provides great customizability, overall functionality, process automation and time-saving features – all at a fantastic price point. The customer support is beyond anything I’ve experienced (personal emails from the founder?) and the tool delivers everything it promises…and perhaps a bit more. Customizability is key for us. Have you used one of the "big systems" and wanted to add your own applicant/candidate stages or other changes to fit your workflow? So, how’d that work out for you? Recruiterflow enables users to add and label whatever stages fit YOUR unique process, and to move candidates seamlessly from one stage to the next. Rather than having to let your team know that the hard-coded status “interview pending” really means “Bob’s reviewing them”, you can literally set up a status labeled “Bob’s Reviewing”, or whatever you like. Yes, you can configure different status settings for each position. That’s not all. The act of moving a candidate from one stage to the next can be configured to trigger a customized action. This is a much bigger deal than it sounds – the impact is huge. Example: Recruiterflow allows us to move unqualified applicants to the “declined” stage at first review, but the system doesn’t send out our (customized, of course) thanks-but-no-thanks email until (3 days, 4 hours, 2 weeks, your call) later. Bottom line, this becomes YOUR recruiting software that fits YOUR process.

Cons

Well, nothing really - it's a great tool, seriously. For credibility's sake, I suppose something must be listed here. Not a con, really, but making the system "yours" does take some investment of time up front. But that investment is paid back many fold when using the system over time. Hey, it's not required - the system is fully operational in the base configuration with virtually no customization, if you prefer. They're working constantly on updates (and send out routine summaries of updated/new features), and I'm looking forward to the addition of in-system SMS messaging in the near future.

Awesome experience

Pros

Everything, candidates database, clients database, recruitment, mailing lists, tasks and Chrome extensions. all these features are awesome and help me with recruitment every day.

Cons

I think you need to upgrade the mailing campaign with more steps and features, create a quick overview of candidates' emails, phone, names, and after that send the mailing campaigns. Just a small upgrade.

### "Perfect match for our needs as a small HeadHunting agency."

March 21, 2022

Everyone on the team is loving it. We feel like we have found our ATS for the foreseeable future.

Pros

Ease of use was our #1 criterion as some of our users are not super tech-savvy. Recruiterflow or "Flow" as we are now calling it was the perfect solution for us. Everyone got the hang of the main functions within the first couple of days. Training of new employees couldn't be easier.

Cons

Not a huge issue, but we just wish there was a French adaptation of the platform. Easily fixed will the customizable fields however.

No complaint. It's good for tracking candidate and for recruiting.

Pros

My day to day usage in recruiter is to check the applied applicant, add candidate for tracking and future used. Update the swimlane to know on what stage candidate is. Sync email and DocuSign.

Cons

Issue in integrating with the DocuSign. There might be a bug, if possible fix it.
