The application was very easy to get used to, and the filters are very handy while in meetings with other coworkers Cons Two things: 1) I would like to be able to set the width to the columns in the Candidate section, so I can see all the information I need. If I set it once, it will always revert if the page is refreshed. It's great that I can set which columns are displayed, but I wish there was an extra option for width, or that the width would not revert once set 2) I sometimes notice Candidates being added to our Candidate page, without anyone from our agency adding them. Pros The system overall is extremely intuitive. The metrics are helpful, the campaigns are easy to manage, and the jobs simple to set up and build and tailor to specific needs. Cons The formatting in campaigns could be better and it would be great to be able to navigate to new candidates from another candidate's page without having to close out. Pros The layout is really clear and easy to navigate. Search works really well being able to search according to very detailed criteria from the information contained in Recruiterflow ( another pro: can be soaked from most social platforms).
