### "A huge upgrade from Bullhorn!! Not even close "

November 27, 2025

5.0

Recruiterflow is an amazing ATS. The AI and automations save my recruiting team a ton of time. LinkedIn integration, Reporting, fantastic UI and ease of use. Miles ahead of Bullhorn. So glad we finally made the switch.

Pros

My company has used Bullhorn and JobDiva and Recruiterflow is such a huge step above them both. Fantastic user interface and user experience. Tons of automations and AI features. Reporting is easy out of the box but also connects through API to PowerBI. The biggest difference between systems we have used in the past and Recruiterflow is the UI, ease of use, and AI. It’s a big step above all other ATS softwares on the market.

Cons

After a year, I have yet to see a con. I couldn’t be happier. I have had suggestions for updates and features and they’ve actually been implemented. It’s amazing working with a true partner like Recruiterflow.

Alternatives considered

Reason for choosing Recruiterflow

Vincere seemed similar to Bullhorn. Old system with problems. Horrible UI and parched together. Recruiterflow store out as a modern system above all the others.

Bulllhorn has become clunky and slow over the years. They keep adding features that half work and gouge you on the upgrades.

### "Solid ATS system at an affordable price "

August 13, 2025

5.0

I've used it for almost 2 years and still really liking it. No other ATS system offers what they do for the quality and cost.

Pros

Their customer service is awesome. They respond back within 5 mins for any issue. The ATS is comprehensive and easy to use. User interface is clean and works smoothly. I like the email automation feature, it's also easy to use and works well for me.

Cons

The CRM function is ok, I feel like the deals section does not really add much to the table. It would be nice to have an outbound business development workflow that builds from email, call, LinkedIn, text etc. that tracks calls and has updated outreach notes etc.

### "The Answer to Our CRM Nightmare"

August 18, 2025

5.0

Simple, efficient, powerful. I would like to also highlight the strength of their Customer Service team as I have on two separate occasions had them make video guides just for me to show me how to achieve certain things. We have been extremely happy with RecFlow and would recommend it to all agency recruiters.

Pros

As a technical Agency recruitment firm Recruiterflow ticks all the boxes. We require the tools to search our database to be top-notch and have tried numerous competitors without finding the answer. RecruiterFlow is it and we are hugely impressed by it.

Cons

It's hard to pick any real cons other than perhaps a relative lack of integrations due to it not being so well known at the moment. I predict that will change as it is a far superior product (I promise I am not being paid to say this!) to far better known competitors.

### "Very happy with Recruiterflow ATS"

August 21, 2025

5.0

Organized, structured, allowing for ease and consistency throughout the work day. Support team is wonderful & quick to respond when we have questions.

Pros

Recruiterflow was very easy to learn, making it effective and efficient on day one. I love the structure of the system and ease of slight edits to make the process fit our business. My partner and I always know the status of candidates, making it easy to cover for each other when needed.

Cons

Ability to access other databases for resume mining would be nice, but at least we are building our own database consistently

### "Stop Searching for an ATS/CRM - RF is what you need. "

August 25, 2025

5.0

I love that in the rare instances I do have a technical issue or I hit a block and can't figure out how to accomplish what I'm working to do in that moment, if I reach out to the Support team I get a response (often multiple) typically within minutes, and often from multiple people who want to help me. I have never in my life experience support and responsiveness to this degree!

Pros

The support team! The platform is great and super useful, especially considering it is so customizable.

Cons

That everyone lives so far away and I'll get the opportunity to meet any of them in person. I don't have a single critique, if the platform doesn't fit your style, then it's your fault for not taking the time to learn how you customize it to fit your needs. Its so simple, a child could use it effectively with minimal training.

### "Recommending"

August 21, 2025

I have had great customer service. Very responsive and truly want you to feel comfortable with the platform.

Pros

It took a few weeks to learn but once you get the hang of it you can figure a lot of things out. Also, plenty of resources online to help.

Cons

What I like least has nothing to do with Recruiterflow. In general, learning a new CRM and its functionality can be challenging. Especially when you are accustomed to other platforms and are not technically as savvy as others.

### "RecruiterFlow "

Great experience overall, we were supported all the way through onboarding, migration and training.

Pros

Very helpful customer support, they were very open to our feedback and features requests

Cons

### "I love Recruiterflow, I really do "

December 11, 2024

5.0

I am a big fan of Recruiterflow, after using Bullhorn, Vincere, Bond adapt, Job adder etc. What you have created is very nice, pricing is fair and feels like a nice business with good people. I wish you would invest more in to your help team to get instant responses to questions asked and not have to wait. Also, should be a payment link option to pay manually - if an invoice or payment is outstanding, rather than wait for direct debit to be recollected. It should be, this amount is outstanding - PAY NOW. on our billing section, not merely update your card details - that doesn't help.

Pros

Clean simple easy to use - it is not clunky or unnecessary. The interface is easy on the eyes and pleasant to look at.

Cons

The one thing I would say is you need to work on your fields - for example, basic things like candidate salary, you have to add as a custom field, same with current job title Basic most important factors are candidate name, location, salary, industry, specialism, key skills, current job title etc. Also the searching could be improved, it should be very easy to do candidate searches to shortlist for prospective jobs. Should be able to search with salary range

### "RecruiterFlow - good value and fully featured."

November 3, 2024

Fantastic product and excellent customer service. We inserted a job board from Recruiterflow into our website, with help in removing the Recruiterflow branding.

Pros

RecruiterFlow manages our candidates in a recruiting pipeline. As well as storing candidate details, we have automated services established for emails and texting. We can create campaigns and recipes for multiple touch points. And, we were given a 3 year discount.

Cons

We are investigating integration with our current Voip service, but that could come soon.

### "Why you should work with Recruiterflow"

I work daily with Rf and love how simple and fast this is. Try for yourself!

Pros

customizable to your own needs, very intuitive and easily accessible. There are many features, linkedin chrome extenstion, and automations freely available which other Recruitment Platforms incurr high fees. Finally, Rf can be connected to your GSuite / Office email platform, which is very helpful. The helpdesk is friendly and quick in reply. AI solutions have recently been added.

### "Recruiter Flow Feedback Survey"

Still learning the product but overall it's been very positive.

Pros

I like the adaptability of the product. If you have a suggestion for a slight adjustment or addition it's always quickly met and realized. The AI function is useful as well.

Cons

I think the ability to toggle back and forth while just hitting "back" on history and it taking you where you were previously as opposed to taking you all the way back a home screen would be nice.

### "Good product, constant issues with Billing"

April 10, 2026

2.0

Disappointing experience over the last couple of years vs the first few months with the product where I was really happy.

Pros

Good product that makes sense and is easy to use and personalise. Tech support come back to emails pretty quickly.

Cons

Every year at renewal I've had issues with the billing team. They increase prices without notice and say it's because I was on a 'discounted' plan that I was not aware of, continue to take payments out of my personal account not my business account despite me asking many times to take it & they also just don't reply to me. They'll use $ when they mean £ too which is really confusing... The billing team and \[sensitive content hidden\] just don't reply, even though I'm literally trying to pay them and I'm having to chase up constantly! Any replies I have got have been AI responses that don't really make sense.

### "A powerful and usable ATS"

September 6, 2023

5.0

Pros

It's user-friendly without sacrificing functionality. Recruiterflow has allowed us to build out, centralize, and standardize our sourcing and recruitment process in ways that were previously impossible. It's also highly customizable. I feel like I can adapt the product to reflect our workflow, as opposed to our previous ATS, which required us to change our workflow in order to use its full capability. Finally, the support team are incredibly responsive and helpful in addressing any issues that arise.

Cons

The transition from our previous system was quite rocky; not all of our data imported correctly, and our old records are still not entirely accurate. The reporting feature is also not as robust or clear as the rest of the product, to the point that I often end up pulling raw data and working it up in Excel instead.

overall very happy.

Pros

I love that everything is organized and I can customize everything to my tastes

Cons

the resume search - I wish I could run a boolean search in it and call up every resume I need.. sometimes i type in a candidate last name and it does not come up..I also wish the job posting was more effective, the organic posts are ignored and I have to go through another ATS in front of yours to post and boost jobs, as they have a partnership with indeed. I can post through them at half the cost if I was doing it on my own.

Reason for choosing Recruiterflow

### "Feedback RF"

June 19, 2023

5.0

Pros

Recruiterflow offers automation capabilities that save recruiters significant time and effort. Users can automate tasks such as sending follow-up emails, scheduling interviews, and updating candidate statuses. By automating repetitive and time-consuming tasks, recruiters can focus on higher-value activities like candidate engagement, building relationships, and evaluating candidates, ultimately improving their overall efficiency. Having all candidate information in one place allows recruiters to access resumes, contact details, interview feedback, and communication history with ease. This centralized database eliminates the need for manual tracking and reduces the chances of missing important candidate details, resulting in more effective and efficient candidate management.

Cons

While Recruiterflow allows some level of customization, users might find certain limitations in tailoring the platform to their unique needs and workflows. Some users may have specific requirements or preferences that cannot be accommodated within the existing customization options, leading to compromises in their desired processes or workflows. Recruiterflow integrates with several third-party applications and platforms, but there may be limitations or gaps in terms of specific integrations that some users require. If a user heavily relies on certain tools or systems that do not seamlessly integrate with Recruiterflow, it could be a source of frustration and additional manual work.
