### "Recruiterflow is an Outstanding Recruiting Tool - Customizable, Functional, Affordable"

May 16, 2019

5.0

Our experience with Recruiterflow has changed our business for the better. The system provides several key benefits for us, but below are two that come to mind: First, the customizations and process automation features save a tremendous amount of administrative time, allowing us to focus on impactful recruiting activities with clients and candidates. Secondly, the system provides structure as team members move from one project to another, and it gives us an at-a-glance "where are we on X" awareness that helps us set priorities and take impactful action.

Pros

Recruiterflow is an outstanding recruiting tool that provides great customizability, overall functionality, process automation and time-saving features – all at a fantastic price point. The customer support is beyond anything I’ve experienced (personal emails from the founder?) and the tool delivers everything it promises…and perhaps a bit more. Customizability is key for us. Have you used one of the "big systems" and wanted to add your own applicant/candidate stages or other changes to fit your workflow? So, how’d that work out for you? Recruiterflow enables users to add and label whatever stages fit YOUR unique process, and to move candidates seamlessly from one stage to the next. Rather than having to let your team know that the hard-coded status “interview pending” really means “Bob’s reviewing them”, you can literally set up a status labeled “Bob’s Reviewing”, or whatever you like. Yes, you can configure different status settings for each position. That’s not all. The act of moving a candidate from one stage to the next can be configured to trigger a customized action. This is a much bigger deal than it sounds – the impact is huge. Example: Recruiterflow allows us to move unqualified applicants to the “declined” stage at first review, but the system doesn’t send out our (customized, of course) thanks-but-no-thanks email until (3 days, 4 hours, 2 weeks, your call) later. Bottom line, this becomes YOUR recruiting software that fits YOUR process.

Cons

Well, nothing really - it's a great tool, seriously. For credibility's sake, I suppose something must be listed here. Not a con, really, but making the system "yours" does take some investment of time up front. But that investment is paid back many fold when using the system over time. Hey, it's not required - the system is fully operational in the base configuration with virtually no customization, if you prefer. They're working constantly on updates (and send out routine summaries of updated/new features), and I'm looking forward to the addition of in-system SMS messaging in the near future.

### "Awesome platforma"

September 8, 2023

5.0

Awesome experience

Pros

Everything, candidates database, clients database, recruitment, mailing lists, tasks and Chrome extensions. all these features are awesome and help me with recruitment every day.

Cons

I think you need to upgrade the mailing campaign with more steps and features, create a quick overview of candidates' emails, phone, names, and after that send the mailing campaigns. Just a small upgrade.

### "Excellent system, better Customer Service"

February 29, 2024

5.0

Pros

It really is an excellent product, but whats impressed me most is their people. The sales team were passionate and truly understood the product, which really wasn't the case when I got the pitches from other ATS/CRM systems. Further, the customer support once in are caring and really excellent at their job. I've been in Recruitment for 15 years and this is the best ATS I've used in terms of People support, and their product is one of the best as well.

Cons

Some small workflow changes could be made that aren't a big problem, it's just a 9/10 experience rather than a 10/10, I'm being critical. I feel like the kinks will be ironed out in time.

### "RF is easy, effective, and worth it! "

February 27, 2024

5.0

I really have to compliment the RF team. They are always available to help, answer questions, and they'll take your feedback to the team for product ideas. It's always so easy to engage with them, and they don't give up until your issues is solved. Also, overall RF is a great ATS for its ease of use, its functionality, customizable workflows, and adaptable integrations - we use it every day and are very happy with it!

Pros

Recruiterflow is easy to use, customizable and their support is amazing. I appreciate the functionality offers and the integrations are great and seamless to activate.

Cons

I've not found the CRM function for managing and tracking clients to be the best - we're using alternative sources to do BD. It's fine for Account management, but building leads and doing outreach is just not a viable scalable option in RF.

### "Perfect match for our needs as a small HeadHunting agency."

March 21, 2022

5.0

Everyone on the team is loving it. We feel like we have found our ATS for the foreseeable future.

Pros

Ease of use was our #1 criterion as some of our users are not super tech-savvy. Recruiterflow or "Flow" as we are now calling it was the perfect solution for us. Everyone got the hang of the main functions within the first couple of days. Training of new employees couldn't be easier.

Cons

Not a huge issue, but we just wish there was a French adaptation of the platform. Easily fixed will the customizable fields however.

### "Great Product for both Recruiting and Agencies alike"

March 19, 2024

I am very happy with my purchase and find it extremely hard to find a replacement.

Pros

As an owner and recruiter, Recruiterflow is amazing to not only recruit with but also develop new client partnerships. It is highly customizable and easy to use allowing me to grow my business as I see fit.

Cons

### "RecruiterFlow - it's great!"

May 14, 2024

5.0

As a past user of RecruiterFlow a few years ago, I've used various CRM/ATS systems over the last 3 years since then, including Bullhorn, and JobAdder. Recruiterflow is, in my opinion, the easiest to use, with the best cost/features functionality and very strong support.

Pros

Very intuitive interface with simple controls and useful features. Easy to change views from list to Kanban to grid etc. Useful search functions and inbuilt email sequencing, candidate tracking through recipes and similar functions.

Cons

Sometimes a bit slow as cloud based but that is a very minor gripe and related to our WiFi connection rather than RecruiterFlow. That said, this happens very, very rarely so overall, very happy.

Switched from

[JobAdder](https://www.capterra.com/p/135918/JobAdder/)

Cost and ease of use, inbuilt integrations with RecruiterFlow that were costed, added extras with JobAdder, better, more prompt support compared to JobAdder and better overall on-boarding experience.

### "Great Platform, But One Major Flaw Makes It Unusable for Large-Scale Recruiting"

September 12, 2023

4.0

While I love the platform overall, this single inconvenience severely undermines its utility, making it impossible to use effectively.

Pros

The UI is great. Workflow is great.Ease of use is great.

Cons

Transferring data from LinkedIn to Recruiterflow is outdated and cumbersome. While most other platforms allow for one-click data import from a LinkedIn page to their database, Recruiterflow requires you to download a PDF and then parse the information. This becomes impractical when dealing with thousands of candidates. This single inconvenience severely undermines the utility of the product.

### "Best recruitment software on the market! "

March 18, 2023

5.0

Fantastic. Honestly I couldn't have asked for better. Gives us a real cutting edge.

Pros

Easy of use, clear and obvious functions and the ability to send multiple automated follow up emails to as many people as you wish. Unreal software!

Cons

Nothing really, just would be good to track the process of pulling jobs in the same way we track candidates along a process... For example: initial conversation? Terms of business in place? Contact with decision maker? Etc...

### "Review Recruiterflow"

December 27, 2022

4.0

I always liked the cusotmer service and the speed for an issue to get resolved. In general never took more then 24 hrs to solve an emerging issue, and if it could not be solved, I would get at least a message/ email that the issue is beeing worked on. I guess that is the reason I have given before maximum rating to the platform.

Pros

The product integration it is easy to use, user interface seems a bit complicated in the beginning, but once you get used to it and learn to use it it works very well. To this day there are many features that I do not use on daily basis. Overall a very good product.

Cons

I have one bruning issue, right from the begining and even though I have suggested through my emails, several times, it is still not implemented. That would be to have an automated refresh of job posts, or at least a button that allows you to refresh the job/jobs. At the moment, to refresh the job, one must go to the job close it manually and re-open the job (which dissapears if you have setting to "all open jobs") it its just annoying.

### "Great value with with advanced features"

June 14, 2023

5.0

Great customer services and fantastic product at a more than reasonable price. I'd recommend it to any one who works in a recruiting agency.

Pros

I'm really impressed with the products ease-of-use, especially for a product with advanced features such as email and SMS campaigns and automation recipes. They are constantly releasing new features so the product keeps getting more valuable.

Cons

Sometimes new features are released too quickly and it's not clear how to use them.

### "How useful the Recruiterflow in recruiting."

September 27, 2023

4.0

No complaint. It's good for tracking candidate and for recruiting.

Pros

My day to day usage in recruiter is to check the applied applicant, add candidate for tracking and future used. Update the swimlane to know on what stage candidate is. Sync email and DocuSign.

Cons

Issue in integrating with the DocuSign. There might be a bug, if possible fix it.

Pros

Easy to set up. Customizable. Data analytics available at any time and easy to get. Multiple job boards access. Excellent customer service. Very responsive, kind, and professional. Cost is great compared to other ATS's. Web based, etc.

Cons

### "RecruiterFlow Review"

December 11, 2022

it was a good experience like i stated the customer service was always great they were always willing to help and sometimes we really miss that with our new ats.

Pros

it was very easy to use for a staffing agency & if there was ever any issues the customer service was always very helpful and willing to help at any time. we always got a great response and it was always very quickly

Cons

the only issue we did not have was when we uploaded all our candidates into the date base, it was not recongnizing names so it would put the names down by job title or address etc so we had a lot of the same 2 profiles - but i believe they fixed that now.

I have been using RF for years and have no plans to change it any time in the future. Great customer service and easy to use. Simple but effective.

Pros

Recruiterflow easily integrated with my website, Linkedin and other job boards. Easy to use.Campaigns are a big reason I chose RF, automation is the key.I also like the instant chat feature and the help you get.

Cons

Recruiterflow are constantly updating their skills and do listen to its customers. The thing I least like is tracking speculative cv sends and who you sent where when not attached to a live job.

### "Great product for SME sized recruitment agencies!"

February 27, 2024

4.0

Very good, good support, easy to use. Would highly recommend!

Pros

The ease of use, the front end appearance is very easy to navigate. All of the features that you would expect and want from an efficient and well designed CRM/AMS are there, and at a great price.

Cons

The reporting is fine from a top level, but could use some more detail. For example, you can track contact calls & candidate calls per user, but can't track "type of calls", such as "Connected", "Voicemail" etc... they all get lumped in together. But this is honestly the only slight down side to Recruiterflow.

### "Amazing product, if you are looking for a Tool for your Recruiting/Staffing Agency"

July 26, 2023

5.0

\- Automation is amazing (Applied Candidates, Sending Recommendations to Clients)

Pros

Customer support is the most valuable thing. The software is very easy to use and we have had several calls asking questions to get the software up and running smoothly. For any question (even on weekends), the reliable sales AND support staff are available for meetings (The staff here go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied).

Cons

Ideally i would like to have an overview where we can track the Recruiters Activities in one nice & clean Dashboard like HubSpot.
