They have even made custom features for us without charging extra. Cons I dont know, it would be awesome if the software could do the actual work of recruiters but that might be a long shot. I like the way tasks are set up and emails received. Lot's of options on how you can best use RF. i.e., receive emails for applicants, tasks Cons Really the only thing is that RF does not yet have an app Reason for choosing Recruiterflow I liked the on line help. There are a few features which I would like to be added to optimise our candidate journey through Recruiterflow. It is easy to manipulate, endless customizations and seamless automations. We went through 10 ATS systems before landing on this one. It truly is amazing. Cons You do have to take the time to learn the system, then adapt it to your needs. For example you have to be using the candidate statuses before you can see which to edit to make it custom for your pipeline. I wish there had been a setup period to do all of that before we started using the system. Very user friendly and easy to navigate. Does everything you want as a CRM Cons There are a few features they could add, but nothing major. Would be nice if they had a mobile app to get information when you're on the move. Cons I think the career page could be enhanced some but overall still pretty good. April 1, 2022 5.0 Overall, I have nothing but great things to say. The team is HIGHLY responsive and when they don't know the answer, they'll find it. The product itself is simple to implement, use and maintain. Add that to the fact that it's reasonably priced and it's been a 5/5 experience for me thus far. Pros This was super simple to deploy. I think it took me no more than 5 minutes if I recall correctly. From there, the widget makes it simple to add candidates and prospects on the fly. Cons I would like to see some standardized dashboards for agencies. I understand the challenge around each agency having different KPI's so I'm not sure how but think that would be great. Reason for choosing Recruiterflow \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was very knowledgable both about RecruiterFlow as well as Staffing. He understood my issues and didn't overpromise.
