If I am having technical issues I always get a response quickly. Pros How easy it is to use and the different platform functions that come with it. Pros Very easy to use, fast and reliable. Saves time and money and helps to focus on the important points Cons I am specifically missing one report that I urgently need. The team has promised to implement the item. I am sure that this will happen.Otherwise, and this will probably take until 2023, I would need Recruiterflow as a mobile app on the mobile phone. Uploading data is quick. Well laid out. Cons Nothing really. But one small annoying point is that if you search for a candidate using the search feature and then then move off the RF page to Linked in for instance and then go back you have to retype the candidates name. We are able to automate a number of repetitive tasks and save a lot of time which can be used to generate extra revenue. Their support is unmatched. Cons There's not much to hate. The migration from your old CRM takes like 2 weeks but it's still faster than most of the other solutions. Definitely recommended! Pros I love that the user interface is simple and easy to navigate through. The campaign automations are also quite helpful. It allows you to get the job done pretty painlessly from a candidate management perspective. It also allows you to monitor the amount of fees/commission to be paid out which comes in handy. Pros It's easy to use, the customer service team is friendly and helpful, and now they have Kanban viewing for their jobs which is my preference. Cons What I like least about this platform is that when a candidate emails us a resume, you have to manually download the document and then upload it to the system. I have used a few systems in the past where the system automatically detects the resume and will have it appear in the Files section. I also don't care for how limited the job page is, as I think there could be more customizable components to it. And the reporting function is very limited. Review Source RS Rod S. Pros Initially the transfer of records from another system was carefully managed and executed over a 2 week period. Then throughout the subsequent use, all sections of the software have been accurate and easy to use. There are so many features that reduce time and add value to a busy recruiter. Cons The transfer of data could have included more mapped fields to reduce downstream administration tasks to categorise the data. Perhaps an additional mapping can be offered at a later time. Before going with Recruiterflow I demoed over 15 ATSs but the reason I went with RF was due to the time saved through the automated function it has. Cons I wish it had more integrations. Pros It has quite a few of automated features that save a lot of time, also is very intuitive and easy to use, even if the person is not specially techy, it's not hard to get the hang of it. I had very little training and was still able to pick it up very quickly. I find it very easy to use and love the different reports I can run. I like that I can see all my communication with a candidate easily. Pros Ease of use (searching for candidates and jobs) & the reporting features Cons When searching for a job, sometimes the filters don't pull the information I would like. We are a distributed team over multiple locations and Recruiterflow makes it really easy for us to collaborate with each other. I could get rest of the team started in no time at all. We love the chrome extension and automation. Life saver as it saves me atleast 30-40 minutes everyday. Their support is awesome! The team always replies promptly and actually listens to what you say. Cons Not much to say here. Genuinely love the software here. As mentioned previously, it's very easy to use and set up and the customer service is fantastic. Pros It's a great entry to mid level ATS which is extremely user friendly with an easy parsing tool and browser extension. Cons It's been a bit of a challenge to work out our email integration but that has more to do with our setup really and that they don't have a true ai component.
