Tasks that would have taken a while previously no longer do. As long as you have the time at the beginning to set up Recruiterflow to meet your needs, you will see positive changes and lots of time saved. Pros Most things become a lot easier with Recruiterflow and save us a lot of time. Applicants are able to upload their documents independently which again frees up our time so we can focus on other things. Email templates are incredibly useful as well as the ability to use saved searches. Cons We are finding our feet as we go and there are a few additional functions that we would like to see available on Recruiterflow. Having said that, we know that the Recruiterflow team are very open to feedback from users and will consider adding extra features if there is a general need for them. Review Source Cath P. I switched to RF and best decision I made. It is so simple and straightforward to use, and to set-up, has all the functionality I need without a lot of the bells and whistles I never used but paid for in BH! Finally, we had a very long Zoom call where their support staff was able to access my computer and solve the issue. They were so helpful and understanding of the fact that my computer-ese is lacking! Thank you to the whole team at RecruiterFlow! Starting with management who connected me with the proper people, do the tech people who were able to work their magic and fix the problem. The tool is amazing, the customer service is great, it does not cost that much, and if I find bugs or issues, they are willing to fix it right away. Pros Recruiterflow is the most intuitive ATS that I have ever used. It's everything you can ask for when running a small staffing agency from an ATS perspective. Pros Everything is really customizable for whatever work you're doing and what you're tracking. The engineering and product teams are fast to take in feedback and release new features every couple of months or so. Many new features released regularly. Cons When adding custom fields, I do not like that i have to select update. I feel they should automatically update once they are selected. They are responsive, kind and witty. Their passion to put oout a best in class product was evident from our first call to their last upgrade. I have been extremely impressed with their level of customer service and ability to be proactive partners in solving oour recruiting needs. They listen to hear the problem and are thoughtful in delivering an upgrade that will benefit all their users. We looked at a number of ATS's, but they had so many features at such a great price, they were the obvious choice. Pros Customizable modern approach to recruiting in the real world! From uploading candidate info and reaching out in e-mail to tracking campaign success and engaging with potential candidates, RF does it all! With an intuitive approach to design, the platform is easy to navigate and effective to use. Highly recommend to small or large firms. It is easy to use, the development team is always working on something new and in case of questions, the customer service team tries to respond as quickly as possible. Pros Easy to use Recruiterflow, it has a logical user interface. I like automated functions. Cons Not optimized yet to smartphones/ No mobile application yet. Reason for choosing Recruiterflow We checked several alternatives, but Recruiterflow's sales agent was very responsive and flexible. After the demo and the trial period, we felt, this is the best solution for our needs.
