I think ZYGHT must pass to the next step in where the system be able to get the information in an easy way, involve all employees in order to catch the most of the problems at the system and then makes report quickly. Open accounts maybe could be an option. Pros Simplicity of the way to report finding, easy workflows Cons \- Graphs because these are no easy to understand and sometimes you need to set up the BI in order to get the information ypu want. There is no way to get PDF reports and brief reports.
