Pros You will be able to assign to selected users the responsibility to perform a task, allowing you to manage documents in advance and simultaneously monitor the status of all the records and analyze them in detail. Cons Before, all the incidents records must be documented in paper, a complicated process. Now, with ZYGHT, all the information can be easily saved by using the app even without internet connection (offline mode), which allows immediate and geolocation reporting. I think ZYGHT must pass to the next step in where the system be able to get the information in an easy way, involve all employees in order to catch the most of the problems at the system and then makes report quickly. Open accounts maybe could be an option. Pros Simplicity of the way to report finding, easy workflows Cons \- Graphs because these are no easy to understand and sometimes you need to set up the BI in order to get the information ypu want. There is no way to get PDF reports and brief reports.
