Since 2003 Venere has been the only specific management software for Beauty Centres. It is the preferred tool of Beautician Managers from all over the world because it is designed by beauticians for beauticians, created to help them make their center a successful business. Abbiamo il centro estetico da oltre 20 anni , penso che tutte le titolari dovrebbero avere venere,riusciamo a tenere tutto sotto controllo ..Gli storici poi non potremmo vivere senza …quando le clienti vedono che abbiamo tutti i dati a portata di mano capiscono che siamo professionali!

Il gestionale è ottimo, riusciamo a gestire bene tutti gli appuntamenti nelle diverse cabine e assegnarli ai diversi operatori, creiamo con facilità buoni e promozioni, molto semplice e intuitivo.

L’esperienza è veramente top come già detto oltre il trauma iniziale ti svolta veramente la vita lavorativa ti semplifica e ti smaltisce un sacco dí lavoro cartaceo

Sono 3 anni io che uso questo gestionale e 10 l’attività per cui lavoro e non posso che spendere solo parole positive. Cercano sempre di essere aggiornati e di rendere il lavoro veloce e rapido! Hai tutto a portata di mano e per qualsiasi cosa sono sempre disponibili.

La capacità di semplificarti il lavoro e di avere un quadro completo della gestione di tutto, dall’attività al cliente. Inoltre impeccabile la prontezza dell’assistenza!

Utilizzo Venere da diversi anni, è pur vero che è stato il primo gestionale che ho conosciuto, ma dopo aver visto tutte le caratteristiche che rispecchiavano in pieno tutte le soluzioni alle mie esigenze di gestione dell’attività, perché perdere tempo a valutarne altri??? Ed infatti non mi sono sbagliata perché ormai non potrei più farne a meno!

Pros

Non solo lo ritengo il non plus ultra dei gestionali, di vantaggi ne potrei elencare tantissimi ma l’aspetto che più mi piace è quello di avere un’assistenza sempre disponibile che ti aiuta e ti supporta e ti fa sfruttare al massimo il potenziale di Venere.

Cons

Non ne ho mai riscontrati, anzi posso dire che nel corso degli anni i continui aggiornamenti lo hanno ancor di più potenziato e migliorato con funzioni che vanno ben oltre ad un semplice planning o peggio ancora la ormai “vecchia” agenda e penna.

Discretamente soddisfatta, ancora non so se rinnoverò il piano.

Slava i dati e lo storico del cliente, acquisti ed eventuali appuntamenti cancellati.

Cons

Troppo limitante. In agenda non posso scrivere se non quando un cliente è registrato ma se esempio devo chiudere per un corso e lo devo segnare o ho un impegno con un fornitore e lo devo segnare e una vera scocciatura dover creare delle voci apposite. Non è proprio così intuitivo come sembra questo gestionale. Io ho collegato la cassa ma anche questo è risultato un po’ complicato, io e il mio staff siamo tutti giovanissimi ma nonostante questo stiamo facendo fatica e ci sta comportando stress usare il gestionale inoltre Lapp quando si aggiorna ti butta fuori dall’agenda e ogni volta devi rifare l’accesso su tutti i dispositivi.

Da 11 anni che usiamo Venere, rispetto ad altri due competitor che ho valutato negli anni trovo che sia il più completo e più intuitivo, ed una vera assistenza che ti supporta velocemente.

Agenda, statistiche, raccolta punti, dati del cliente e dati economici. Tutto in un programma, facile da usare!

Cons

Onestamente tutte le volte che qualcosa non ha funzionato sono stata assistita, e banalmente l'errore era nell'inserimento errato dei dati immessi o procedure

Pros

Mi piace la possibilità di tenere tutto monitorato cosa molto difficile ormai manualmente. Ritengo che sia estremamente necessario impostare il lavoro attraverso un gestionale.

Cons

Che non sono ancora in grado di conoscere una percentuale elevata di azioni da svolgere perché il lunedì lavoro e quando c’è formazione non posso guardare le presentazioni e resto sempre indietro. Anche prendere appuntamento con i ragazzi è impegnativo se non lo faccio extra lavoro perché ho poco tempo e loro dedicano max 30 min per volta. Sarebbe bene cambiare approccio e fare un testo con cui apprendere.

mi permette di avere sotto controllo la gestione del mio centro estetico

nell'e-commerce non è possibile visualizzare la descrizione dei prodotti cosmetici, solo il nome poi sarebbe bello avere una notifica per ogni cliente che non viene già da un mese, per avere la possibilità di tenere attivi il più possibile tutti i clienti giornalmente (come le notifiche dei compleanni)
