It has eased stress for me, been user-friendly for families, and has ultimately saved the school man-hours which translates to dollars. Pros I am so thankful for the automated format of the dismissal process. I used to be the person that kept track of all the changes and schedules. The system has saved me 15 to 20 hours a week. The weight has been lifted that the onus for student schedule changes is on the parents, not on me. Additionally, having this system in place was crucial as I had a medical emergency last school year and was out of work for over a month. The system allowed my co-workers to continue operations smoothly in my absence and I didn't have to worry about the dismissal process during my recovery. Thirdly, I really like that it integrates with our SIS. Cons There are some sub-level functions that could be more user-friendly, but on the whole that is a minimal complaint. When we first rolled it out, we had questions during the first few days of school, but Pikmykid responded to our questions very quickly. As a Tech Director at the school, I'd say that they have the best technical support of any company I have ever dealt with. They respond quickly with the correct answers, so my impression is that their tech support people are sharp and well-trained. I'm so happy that we chose Pikmykid.
