Pros We’ve used a job management software before Orthinc and it worked well enough but Orthinc works at least as well and it’s pricing really set it apart. We have 8 engineers in the field and myself and the owner working in the office, all in all it only cost us £30 per month! This was ideal as with the last software we had lads sharing their phones because they charged per user. Cons As with any software, their is a learning curve. It didn’t help that we moved from software that did things differently but I definitely have gotten used to the new way and my rep is really friendly and helps me out whenever I call! They've really hit the nail on the head with what we need in our workflow. Really like how the engineers on site pick it up quickly, means we don't have to spend time and money training them! Cons When we started using it about a year ago there were a few features that weren't in the software. Most of these have no been added though so I'm really happy with that. A big improvement from what I was doing before Pros Really quick to set up, didn't need any training like other software I've tried. Features like order code generation and variation orders have saved me a ton of money in the short time I've used it. Great value for money. Cons Had a annoying few bugs at the start, but I contacted the guys and they fixed them pretty fast. Has some missing features, but they are releasing them next month apparently.
