Pros ViziRecruiter makes sharing jobs on social media channels visually appealing! It really encourages the sharing of roles through a different medium. This product really makes a job ad more interesting - you can incorporate photos really easily and show the culture of your company. This is something a text-based job ad simply cannot do. Cons There are some kinks to work out with this product. It does not save drafted Vizis properly and it takes up a lot of time to re-make a visual job ad if this happens. If i want to add a period to one sentence I need to remake the entire thing. It is aggravating when you are managing over 100 visual job ads at a time. - You are unable to edit the headings of the job ad so in some cases the heading don't match with what I am trying to express in the ad. From a marketing standpoint, this product makes sense and could help improve visibility online. Cons Seems to be in early stages, could not justify cost based on benefits received.
