Pros

Schedule of posts at an specific time to multiple accounts and offers to separate posts a few mins. among them.Very easy to use.Good Chrome extension.

Cons

Accounts disconect very frequently.No extension for other browsers than Chrome.Bad management of SM.

company has awful practices of not reminding those auto billed clients that that is it coming up, nor sending a bill to the email on file post charge which I am very serious accusing of purposefully doing in hopes that companies that have previously used don't realize they are on auto billed subscription, and then when I reached out within less then 2 days post payment that I happen to see via my CC bill, and had not logged I the system within the year whatsoever I believe , they refused to refund even partially.

Pros

Watermark feature on photos is the main reason we initially chose.

Cons

Mobile version. Not as user friendly as desktop

nothing, because I subscribe to use Image splitter on Instagram it doesn't work

La experiencia ha sido muy positiva ya que gracias al software puedo automatizar el contenido de las rees y puedo mejorar los indicadores somo el SSI en Linkedin

Es un software que en su versión de prueba es muy completo y de mucha ayuda para automatizar las redes sociales

Cons

Que no puedo cargar videos y que el máximo de publicaciones que puedo programar son 10, esto en su versión de prueba.

Bad, their are better options out there with better supports.

Pros

I liked that you could manage multiple groups from one platform.

Cons

Too many connection errors, and media limitations. If you can't make a bill they will block your account then when you do pay it they don't change your renewal date. I paid $30 to use there service for 4 days before they demanded payment again and blocked my account. Their customer service is horrible and they refuse to help or understand why someone would not want to double pay.

Reasons for choosing Postcron

I thought it would be good, it was bad stay away they only want money.

the customer service is even worse than the product. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] would not give a simple refund. I purchased one month, however I was charged a whole year up front. The site and billing is deceptive. I asked for a refund 5 times. I never head back from a service rep until I threatened to make fraud complaint. Do not use this service. They are fraudulant!

nothing, I hated this product. I could not tell you one thing I like

it does not work. Everything about this product sucks. It is full of bugs, And worst of is the customer service. You will have to wait at least 3 to 4 days to hear back about anything

Pros

Thanks to reporting and statistics, I can create a strategy for myself by looking at the data. This is my favorite feature.

Cons

It wasn't my least favorite feature. The software is both good and cheap.

Horrible experience.

Pros

When it works it’s fine. Keyword is when it’s working.

Cons

My postcron hasn’t worked for about 6 months. As soon as you change a social media password your future posts are useless. You can’t resync or you will lose all of your work. It’s insane.

Pros

My marketing department was a fan of this product which was why we started using it.

Cons

I wouldn't recommend. We canceled a year ago and since they don't send confirmations for cancelations they claim we never canceled and billed us for an entire year with no reconsiderations. However, they said "If you have proof that you've cancelled your subscription we are willing to reconsider your case." ... how nice of them.
