"money Refund "

**Overall:** my overall was bad, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] doesn't want to refund my money I don't know for which reason

**Pros:** nothing, because I subscribe to use Image splitter on Instagram it doesn't work

**Cons:** they so long to reply to emails , my emails are taking 7 days to get reply

"terrible product"

**Overall:** the customer service is even worse than the product. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] would not give a simple refund. I purchased one month, however I was charged a whole year up front. The site and billing is deceptive. I asked for a refund 5 times. I never head back from a service rep until I threatened to make fraud complaint. Do not use this service. They are fraudulant!

**Pros:** nothing, I hated this product. I could not tell you one thing I like

**Cons:** it does not work. Everything about this product sucks. It is full of bugs, And worst of is the customer service. You will have to wait at least 3 to 4 days to hear back about anything
