The start/stop/start process of posting in real time takes more time so I appreciate being able to do it all at once freeing up my time for other things. Owner Veterinary Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Poor customer service " December 15, 2022 2.0 company has awful practices of not reminding those auto billed clients that that is it coming up, nor sending a bill to the email on file post charge which I am very serious accusing of purposefully doing in hopes that companies that have previously used don't realize they are on auto billed subscription, and then when I reached out within less then 2 days post payment that I happen to see via my CC bill, and had not logged I the system within the year whatsoever I believe , they refused to refund even partially. Bulkuploading feature isn't work properly. I bought the service just for bulk uploading feature. It is disappointing experience for me. Pros I liked bulk uploading feature but It doesn't work properly. There is daily limit. I bought pro package but still they set a limit. Here are the daily limits even though you buy the most expensive package; Facebook Fan page: 140 posts Groups: 18 posts Twitter 140 posts LinkedIn Profile: 25 posts. Pros Being able to publish a post to several social apps at once. Cons That if you have a logo, you have to upload it to each social app and if it is Pinterest and you have many boards, then to each board you post to. It would be nice to be able to separately save your logo or logos and give them a name, then on the page where you load your logo unto the social apps, you could say that you wishe to use x logo and then you only have to set the size, intensity, and position. Scheduled posts are also easy to edit if need be. And I love that I can go back to past posts to review them and assure that I'm not accidentally double posting an article.
