"Software has gone down hill"

**Overall:** I pay 250 a month and have to use work arounds? There are other software at a cheaper prices that works wirhout work arounds.

**Pros:** It is good in some features wotk well but they still have a ton of bugs. They have really gone down hiĺl

**Cons:** So many bugs in the software and customer services always says "sorry" and the developers are looking into it

"Customer service is horrible "

**Overall:** My overall experience with Mogo is not good. I got on early with Mogo and they keep taking away services even though I should be grandfathered in

**Pros:** Their customer service is absolutely horrible. There is nobody to talk to fix the problem. If you try to get something fixed, they put you with AI or chat only and it’s just a major repetition of ongoing text with no fixes.

**Cons:** I dislike customer service immensely. There is no fixing just an amazing amount of texting. You can’t even explain the problem correctly because they don’t even give you an answer to the question that you’re being asked
