Moved from another grooming software package that went horribly wrong with an update. Moego took a little getting used to as it was so far ahead of the other you could do so much! The migration was made so simple with the team at MoeGo, it took a few days to get all the data sorted - including adjusting phone numbers all for me when they lost the zeros. Since migration no-shows have dropped, I can manage the app much simpler and I have put a PC in the front of the shop to help the girls who do not use the app. Everything works perfectly. I 'd like to see more development on the integrations with things like Quickbooks, and will potentially trial online booking soon.

Amazing support teams Really comprehensive mobile app Easy transition from other software Web page works well for bookings Confirmation / reminders are always sent on time Features constantly added Ability to control multiple groomers calendars with varying dogs with ease

Cons

Quickbooks integration not for sole traders SMS messages seem expensive for the UK A lot of nice features such as review boosters and salary calculations require next level of pay service - which feels expensive when you're a small shop

We’ve been using MoeGo to streamline our operations, and it’s been a game-changer! It’s like having a team of superheroes working behind the scenes, doing the work of multiple people and doing it exceptionally well. We’ve been able to boost our revenue, save time, and make our business more efficient. Plus, we’ve found new ways to market that are really effective and help us reach our goals.

Pros

User-friendly and efficient, this software automates routine tasks such as optimizing our schedules and contacting clients to ensure their attendance. Its ability to manage diverse pricing and service variations enables us to maximize revenue. Additionally, we have devised innovative marketing strategies for our area, utilizing MoeGo’s intake forms effectively.

Cons

Despite our enthusiasm for data analysis and potential for enhanced services, we wish we had access to more data. It is important to note that the majority of dog groomers aren't thinking like this. The intricate customization of pricing, particularly across different breeds (while a huge pro), presents a challenge when attempting to implement changes (lots of clicking). While this initial setup may require some effort, the long-term benefits justify it.

Overall is been a good experience, the software is top notch. It's above average when it comes to pricing but for a multi location business, it's worth it. However, support is bad, really bad. The AI tool solves a good portion of the issues, but if you need to get a hold of a human to report an issue, you'll be waiting for hours. I have had cases that span through multiple days. I've had too many bad experiences here and it's what's leading me to write this non-positive review

Pros

I love many things about Moego, from the automations to the integrated communications. I have been an early adopter for daycare/boarding and been a customer for multiple years

Cons

Support is bad, the time to get support is painful which is what is leading me to ensure others know that you cannot really count on support for urgent things here. It's appalling how bad the response time is here

### "Turn around and run the other way..."

Pros

Our onboarding rep was very sweet and tried her best to help us. Unfortunately, this was the lone bright spot.

Cons

What a terrible decision... We moved from Gingr to Moego in an attempt to improve our internal process and well as our client booking experience. We could not have had a more opposite result. The system is incredibly flawed, simple tasks that we've managed for years in Gingr simply don't exist or are 5x more complicated. We've had calls nearly every day from clients saying how much they hate the new system. Our team wanted nothing to do with it. We got pummeled from every direction while Moego had very few solutions, more so just acknowledged that there were issues and they would look into it. We made this switch because we were expecting to get 100% of Gingr + the few exciting features that sold us on Moego. We couldn't get out of there fast enough, we've transitioned back to Gingr. Their Director has no sympathy for the awful experience we've put our team/clients through and is demanding an early cancellation fee. Laughable experience all the way around. Buyer beware.

I have been using MoeGo for years and love when they take feedback from us and are active with updates. New features are constantly added and they typically make life easier. Team is super responsive. I enjoy the software a lot and recommend to others

Pros

Online appointments 24/7 for clients. User friendly. The team is very responsive with any issues or concerns. Love the abandoned booking features. Everything for my clients is in one spot including history, notes, vaccinations etc!

Cons

Clients are able to cancel same day despite me having 24 hour notice. I wish it could automatically charge them if they cancel within the appointment cancelation policy.

Pros

Moego is easy to learn. All the features are fantastic! I love the ease of scheduling, LOVE the report cards, love online booking too!

Cons

I love everything about it! We’ve had zero issues. And if we have any questions support is right there to help.

I have never had such reliable support.

Pros

I like how there are less steps for everything compared to my old software company. They listen and take into consideration the needs and ideas from the businesses they support. My payroll has become soooooo easy....

Cons

There are a few minor tweaks that could be adjusted. Not being able to merge clients, or move pet's to another owner if they are rehomed. The product does not integrate with the Square register unfortunately. My register is only a few years old and I am not about to replace the register with a terminal.

A really good friend of mine let me play around as an Admin in her Moego account. I was blown away by the ease of use. Even the Facebook group....love that.... I love how they interact with everyone. They really listen to their users.

Pros

It's pretty easy to book new appointments and its great for encouraging recurring business. You have full control over most of your messaging and plenty of texts included with the plans. It makes for a really easy client management.The helpline is always quick to respond and pleasant to deal with.Ive always felt valued as a client and treated with respect.

Cons

My one real complaint is that they list the monthly cost in my currency (canadian) so I assumed they would charge me the conversion they showed there. However, I'm charged in USD so with fluctuating conversion and then credit card fees it's actually about 10% more than I originally expected. I'm on their grandfathered plan so its really not that big of a deal for me but at their new rates it's something that really needs to considered if you're not American.

Fantastic. Well done everyone... honestly... the reviews for this software are off the chart aren't they? There is a reason for that. (I promise I'm not working for them, just a passionate advocate!)

Pros

I think the best thing I can say about MoeGo is that I've been using it for 2 years now and I continue to see how much effort this company puts into making genuine upgrades and improvements. I am convinced that MoeGo spend more time and money on improving this platform compared to all other platforms... I know this is why I would recommend MoeGo above all the other software.

Cons

Tiny stuff really. Showing the age of the pet more easily would be one fix they could implement. Really though, I have seen so many positive changes, I have to believe they're doing their best to continually improve the user experience.

I really took my time looking at all the options. The 4 above were on the shortlist... I think 123Pets is now DaySmart Pet... at the end of the day, the user interface and the functionality was head and shoulders above... One reached out to me for a pretty amazing intro offer that I'd stay on if I joined.... did my research though and their corporate email was a gmail account... Sorry, that doesn't engender much confidence!

Pros

I would 10000000% say the customer service is the best part about Moego! The setup was easy, the functionality is effortless, and the scheduling is a breeze. Luckily I do not have many "issues" with Moego, but anytime I have a question, big or small their customer service team gets back to me immediately with the solution I need. Makes it so much easier for me to run my business!

Cons

The only thing I would say is a con for Moego would be that you can't split payment, which I'm sure they are working on.

I use Moego daily (all day) in scheduling, etc. for our 8 full time groomers. It is an easy, functional & user friendly system.

Pros

Moego is very user friendly. We use it daily for our mobile grooming business.

Cons

I do wish that the app and the desktop version were exactly the same. As the admin I use the desktop version the most, but when training new groomers (who solely use the app) it is difficult to show them many things without using the app as well. There are also many little things that I hope are implemented soon that would make my daily use better.

Pros

I would recommend adding a boarding feature for those salons that offer boarding services.

I like the route configuration but wish it was easier to edit and move appointments around it afterwards. I’m not really sure how to use the smart scheduling.
