It's above average when it comes to pricing but for a multi location business, it's worth it. However, support is bad, really bad. The AI tool solves a good portion of the issues, but if you need to get a hold of a human to report an issue, you'll be waiting for hours. I have had cases that span through multiple days. I've had too many bad experiences here and it's what's leading me to write this non-positive review Pros I love many things about Moego, from the automations to the integrated communications. I have been an early adopter for daycare/boarding and been a customer for multiple years Cons Support is bad, the time to get support is painful which is what is leading me to ensure others know that you cannot really count on support for urgent things here. We throughly examined all the options, we know we wanted to the best service because we intend to have the best pet grooming service ourselves, so quality is critical. Nothing comes close to Moego in terms of quality, functionality and reliability. Pros Everything! And it gets better all the time. I like that I can reach a live person and have a real conversation about what we need or how to solve a problem. And they are continuously improving and adding to the service. It saves me time by weeding out people who would waste my time making appointments that they have no intentions of keeping. People that don't confirm get cancelked. If yhe program would that part, I would be a happy camper! Pros Online booking, and reminders. This use to slow me down trying to make reminder calls at the end of an exhausting day. December 20, 2022 5.0 So far this has been a very positive influence on my business. I have been able to set up the basics, use the software, and get any support needed very quickly. Pros Love that you can customize many aspects, and manage your customers easily. Reports are also great. Customer service is stellar! Cons Reporting could have more customization to fit needs. Vaccinations are always a cumbersome battle, ease of entering all that is related to these. Any time I have a problem, which is rare because it’s very user friendly they are so quick to get back to me and help. So many great features and they are constantly adding new ones to help us out. They listen to the people in the online group and take those ideas into consideration! Great service overall! Pros So user friendly and they listen to feedback to help implement new functions. They also gave outstanding customer support! Cons It’s getting a little bit expensive, but they do offer so many great features. May 18, 2023 4.0 MoeGo helps a ton in managing appointments and reducing the number of no shows through automatic reminders. Something we don't have to worry about and now can focus on other things! Pros Love the ease of use and the online booking capability Cons I would LOVE if they would have the ability to turn off booking ability for specific groomers on certain dogs (if "Groomer 1" doesn't want to groom Fluffy again, make it so that groomer is disabled for Fluffy both online and in app). Director of Everything Health, Wellness and Fitness Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Use of MoeGo for our growing business" October 12, 2018 4.0 By far, MoeGo is a step above and beyond my manual ways of trying to manage my schedule via google calendar excel spreadsheets!! I love the mapping, route, messaging features that allow my staff to do their jobs really well. From a Command Center point of view (using mostly the desktop version), it is seemingly neglected. I've worked my way around it and still enjoy the features it provides. And I know that down the line, update and changes will be made to improve as I've seen in the past. Pros The software keeps me and my staff organized better by assigning appointments to certain staff. Allowing me to interchange the appts between staff is a breeze and I LOVE the fact that everyone messages from the same system and phone number so it keeps the communication internal. Cons As I grow, I find the functionality of the desktop version (which i use to manage all the staff from our headquarters) is somewhat lacking. Our hours are 5am-8pm and the calendar view does lot let me see 5am. Also, I have 4 mobile units and 13 staff members and the software shows every staff member every day whether they are "open" or "closed" I have some staff members who only work once a week but show up every day on the calendar view. Since I have so many employees, I now have to scroll left and right to see my appts on a single day, which makes scheduling quickly a hinderance. I would recommend having staff members ONLY show up on days they are labels as open under their staff profile. That way I see the whole day on one screen. Small frustration, since I am at headquarters on the desktop while my staff are out on the mobile app, if I am in the appointment creation screen and anyone messages through moego, it clears out the appt mid-selection. I've learned good and bad times to create or adjust appointments, but its a frustration nonetheless. Review Source BR Brittany R. June 2, 2020 5.0 i really enjoy the app and how responsive the cudtomer service is when I need it. Pros I had just opened my Mobile dog grooming business. I was the only one there to start up my company. I cant begin to tell you how thankful I am that this app was outy there I tried several with only added frustration to my stressed life. I couldn't seem to keep up with everything. I found Moego through Googling "Mobile grooming app" OH MY GOSH!!! This app saved my life and got me to 5 employees strong now! This app does everything from schrduling in the same area so I dont drive all over the state lol to reminder CALLS and texts get sent out to avioid cancelitions due to the customers forgetting. Cons The price to add another Bus is a bit pricey for it to do the same as it has been doing. I was hoping it would keep track of the mobiles I use. Like mileage and maintenace.
