The images they use are really cute. When a travel mode is not selected, they use a really fun astronaut icon to display. Cons Checking out sometimes freezes. Pros That it keeps up with every trip I take and I can categorize it so easily. Also that it keeps a log on everything for me. Cons What is more annoying then anything is this questionnaire. Every time you go to submit it, it pops up cannot be submitted. And takes you back and forth. Very annoying. Should be easier to spot the areas you are missing before you move on. Pros The app is so easy to use and comes with good functions to define your expenses. Cons I wanted to log a fair bit of trips before I did my last tax return to see if it was easier for the tax man. After entering a bit of data in which was data prior to the install date it didn’t seem to pick up the data or able to run a report. You can export only business (expensed) trips for a given month from the "Reports" tab by selecting the "expenses" value on the card you wish to export (by default, the "trips" value is selected in each card) and then tapping the "export" button. You can also customize the monthly reports which are automatically generated. Open Settings > Reports and modify the "monthly report" rule to include only #business tag. This way, only trips classified as #business will be included in your monthly report. SC Sandra C. I generate a weekly report for my boss (for my day job) that shows the use for work for my car and get reimbursed weekly. For this reason, it’s fantastic. I then use it for my own music business and track the Kms. Pros Ease of use with regards to automated tracking. Set and forget! Great user style interface that is very intuitive! Cons A little slow when marking things private or otherwise. And the ability generate different reports by custom date range would be incredible. Reports for specific tags (not just private or business) in case the car is used for more than one business would be handy. Slow to respond to commands IE delete trip. Review Source MS Matthias S. Pros I enjoy the documentation tof the driven route! And the very detailled and automatical start and stop of the documentation with the beacon is perfect. Cons The option to combine two routes is not very transparent. It does not show the way to the target and the way back clear enough - or I didi not understand hwo to handle. Pros I can easily track my travels and I can sort them with a single swipe. The extension for my Apple Watch works perfectly. The overall experience with the app is great! Cons It misses 2 things: 1. Ability to set some days during weeks where travels are automatically sorted in a predefined category 2. You can schedule the app to track only on specific days/times (e.g. weekdays). But overall still good software when able to use. Keeps distance traveled and gas consumption which is the best part. Cons Can't have multiple vehicles and select one in use.
