Pros

Just enable background function in IOS and go ! It work you can track travel trip for business, private, change car ... it is fine

Cons

Not really sure that quick lower battery depend also for background app but I have a IPhone 6s with IOS 11 !

I am saving a lot of time to compile datas for my annual expense spreadsheet

Pros

'Swipe right, swipe left' option, inexpensive, can transfer to an excel spreadsheet and be adjusted if required

Cons

I did get some traveling route that were not accurate (3-4 in a month). Could be great if we could enter tags like 'office' and everytime we go to this adress, the tag would be automaticaly entered

Psngr solves the age old problem of car millage for work allocation, Auto Pilot feature logs all trips within the working day and records not only the kilometers traveled but destination address via maps.

Pros

What I liked most about Psngr is the "Auto Pilot" feature, simply set your normal work hours and everything in between is logged and tagged as work.

Cons

the software is easy and very simple to use.

Pros

This is a very helpful and great software. I honestly did not expected it to be this helpful for me.

Cons

There wasn’t much I didn’t liked about passenger. It is a bit slow sometimes probably needs bug fixes but overall it’s very good

What can I say, it separates my business, pleasure, and medical trips.

Pros

It's fairly easy to use. I like it because it always notifies me that I have stopped and have to answer where I've been, and why I went there.

Cons

I get a text that will ask me if the trip was for business or pleasure, which I answer. Then I go into the app and it seems to ask me the same question and give more details of my trip. It seems a little redundant. I don't think the text should ask the question, it should only tell you to go to the app.

Save time tracking mileage

Pros

Automatically calculates Irish Civil Service mileage rates for you. Functionality to add description to each journey and then print off a laptop/PC via CVV to forward to someone else for sign-off /approval

Cons

If you get stuck in slow traffic or stopped at road works the app will decide you've reached your destination so a big chunk of your journey will be missing. There seems to be no way to correct this i.e manually override when you actually reach your destination.

Easy platform. Only a couple of clicks required to start tracking. Reminds me when I finish a trip. Can save favourite places. Easy to log trips manually.

Cons

No option to record odometer readings. Would highly desire this feature. No option to record expenses (e.g. fuel and car maintenance)

Pros

Work very well on iPhone and on Mac, very easy to edit the trip after and very easy to put more informations about destinations.

Cons

Sometimes, when you want to edit many trip at the time, the system don't accept the order and not work.

Tracking trips is easy and accurate. Easy distinction between biking, walking and cars.

Cons

Most of my trips are personal, and I don't need to track those. For the amount of business trips I need to track, I think it's a bit heavily priced.

easy and quick to document my professional journeys

Pros

iOS and PC (web browser) editing capability. You can find your way around very quickly. As a free app above average!

Cons

The manual mode is very instable, in many cases, the address is not recognized. Since only about 10% of my trips are on business, the automatic mode is not interesting for me. The monthly costs are too high. I could even imagine a one-time amount. The possibility to edit the report form would also be great!

I love it. Exactly what I need. Overall experience is great and very easy to use. Just keep the app on in the background.

Pros

Great app. No need to buy a beacon to use the app. Very accurate, easy to sort trips between personal or business and also add additional hashtags to stay organized.

Cons

You have 40 free trips a month but in reality you only have 20 and the app tracks from you start and end point and then the return trip as 2 trips regardless if you "merge" the 2 trips together or not. Also if you are a passenger in a car the app will still track your trip and even with deleting the trip so you still lose that free trip(s) for the month.

It’s a great thing to be easily able to identify and seperate business / private use. Just thinking costing and vehicle database could be updated to reflect country of use and also the ability to add in Fuel Costs for that month or similar. Overall very impressed.. can only get better from here !

Pros

Great App for tracking vehicle usage.. love the ease of use..!

Cons

Reports could be a little more customisable ie: offer different types of reports, visual representation and graphical similar to your summary that gets emailed out.

Pros

I love how you don't have to add anything to you just simply swipe left or right to mark the trip which is automatically recorded.

Cons

I think that the only thing would be to add compatibility for an OBD2 scanner to add extra information such as odometer readings ect.

Pros

I like the way it works and the automatic track. It's easy to work with and to select the drives after. I like also the reports in excel. The montly report is also usefull for my administrator.

Cons

I WICH I COULD BE ABLE TO TRACK EVERYTHING BUT NOT THE BIKE OR WALKING DRIVES. for buisness, i dont need to track the bike drives and walk drives, because it dosen't spend gas.

Fill out a logbook? No thanks. This tracker is fantastic, no need to remember to complete a logbook and add the mileage, allow Psngr to do all the hard work for you!

Pros

It does all the hard work for you, all you have to do is swipe left or right!

Pros

Ease of use and intuitiveness. Location sharing - it automatically updates your location and give you an update on the phone about the journey just completed. With a quick click on the phone, you have managed to file and sort your travel.

Cons

Adding journeys retrospectively. Its really painful to add any travel carried out, say in the past or without your phone (or beacon). You cannot do this on the computer, very painstaking to do on the phone.

A really good mileage tracker for entrepreneurs and everybody who is on the road. The Report is also valid here in switzerland for the government! Thank you!

Cons

USB is not really a gamechanger. With only the app, it works realy good!

Pros

I like the hashtags and the ease in identifying what my travel was for. I do like to option to have multiple vehicles as to not confuse or not accurately tract my work vehicle with personal travel and business.

Cons

The software has crashed a few times or has not recorded my travel at all. The tracking sometimes things I am walking, but then I have to go into each travel and change. So this can be time consuming.

Seemed to start and end quickly. Interface seemed ok from what I could see. Nice Graphic user interface.

Cons

Crashed in the first month. Never got to see a monthly report on the second because trial was too short.
