We have implementing the following modules: CRM, Sales Order administration, Professional Services Time-entry and Project management, Hot Line Support. It allows project managers to follow Project Management margins and PSO Management to get KPI of their teams. It is also quiet accurate for SAAS and Maintenance contracts administration ans annual renewals invoicing. Cons What I mainly like least about the software, is the lack of basic and standard reporting proposed by . the software vendor. To get all the benefits of this rich product, it is necessary to have a DBA to understand all the functional aspects of this software and design queries basic but also special ad-hoc reporting. The other criticism is inherent to ERP vendors.
