Director Printing Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "A 1st Class system for anyone serious about e-commerce" March 3, 2022 5.0 I think we are working with you on the most important improvements and are very excited about rolling them out in the not too distant future. Pros Flex4 OPS is a very powerful tool and we are constantly finding new ways to improve the presentation of our offering. And I only wish I had more time to explore all its possibilities. Cons Not being able to create our own or adapt existing content blocks can be a bit frustrating at times. It is also very frustrating not being able to add more BCC fields to some emails so that admin staff can quickly route external jobs more effectively. Because we send out such a range of items we need quite a more effective way to handle deliveries that is available at the moment. So we have to rely on manual intervention which can be quite frustrating sometimes. Alternatives considered [PitchPrint](https://www.capterra.com/p/180523/PitchPrint/) Reason for choosing Flex4 OPS I was concerned about the long term stability of their operation and our discussions with them had been a bit shambolic. Having said that, the basic editor in PiutchPrint was very good but I don't know if that applied to the rest of their system because we never got that far. Review Source KC Kevin C. However, this was sorted in the end. Pros Now it is working it is very easy for my customers to use. Cons It took a very long time to have everything lined up so that the order files were coming through correctly with the payments. Pros Having used 2 different systems before this I found this easier to implement than the others, customer service is responsive and helpful. Implementation was fast and easy to do. The software isn't overly complicated but advanced enough to get everything done we needed to. Acheiving much better results than previously.
