My experience has been a pleasure so far. Nice and straight forward process easy to use and only takes a second to use.

Pros

Simple and quick to use. Very user friendly. I like how you can now receive updates on what your child ate & drank for the day and the photos too.

Cons

Nothing to note as I’ve had a good experience using it so far.

It works with no issues, everything is there that you may need, but it isn't very user friendly.

Pros

Once you find it, the app has everything you need to organise child care needs

Cons

Quite hard to navigate around and know where everything is, an example of this is making a booking. To make a booking from Bookings calendar, there is nothing to prompt the user to know that they have to select a day in order to make a booking. The Bookings page should have a "Make a Booking" button to assist with the process flow.

The ability to ask questions and get a reply almost immediately, great to be able to do it from work,

Cons

Hard to understand presenter at times, not always clear to understand, as a first time user if I needed to jot points down it was sometimes not possible to get the information I required.

Just about everything is accessible. Data entry is easy. Support and webinars have been really helpful

Cons

Still waiting for accident forms to be added. I really don't know what to add. I am waiting to enter enrolment details during April as we are a new centre. Not looking forward to the migration and having to enter data twice. But glad to have the support from Xplor

Not sure , wasn't able to use, otherwise what I read . The apps seems quite good for the purpose it was set out for

Unable to use , my log in details didn't work and password given by little miracles didn't work either , so frustrating. I think it was because my daughter was going to two different centres

at this stage I have only used it to enter new enrolment details and I look forward to using it in practice once we start at the new Kindy. It is good in that all the relevant info required for both enrolments and educators is included such as blue cards, 1st Aid etc so we can keep a track of expiry dates and it is all centralised.
