Overall, Talent Pathway has significantly improved our healthcare hiring process. It reduces manual effort, ensures compliance with industry standards, and provides a clear overview of recruitment pipelines. The tool has streamlined coordination between recruiters and hiring managers, making the overall workflow more transparent and efficient. With a few enhancements, it could easily become the top ATS in the healthcare domain.

Pros

Talent Pathway makes healthcare recruitment extremely efficient. The system’s interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to manage a large number of candidates at different stages. The automated workflows, resume parsing, and compliance tracking are especially helpful in maintaining accuracy and speed during credential verification. The integration with job boards and internal communication tools is seamless, which saves a lot of time for recruiters and hiring managers.

Cons

While the platform is robust, the reporting and analytics dashboard could use more customization options. It would also be great to have faster customer support response times during peak hours. Occasionally, the system can lag when handling a very high volume of applicants.

Pros

User friendly, easy, convenient and very helpful in generating leads for the already existing account.

Cons

Any mistake made while saving an existing account cannot be changed or renamed. Not able to correct the emails of the existing leads even after finding the correct ones.

1.Use friendly, can use on different lappy with username. 2.Have many filter options with date, industry,status, locations, RA and BDM .So that we can analysis data as per requirement 3.Very useful for Staffing industry.Save our time.

1.There is no delete option. 2.Have more spaces between columns. 3.Unable to save alphanumeric characters in company name. 4.Cannot delete existing email id's.

Pros

Zeyospace is very user friendly, simple and easy to understand interface. It is very intuitive and also it has great API integration abilities. Most importantly Dash board are awesome, its provides critical insights which are super helpful. Good pricing for the features offered. Overall am pretty much happy with Zeyospace ATS, it made my task very easy and I Would highly recommend to any one.

Cons

Nothing coming in my mind, but i would like to suggest some visual training videos, it helps the user to have a better understanding.

Pros

I loved the Context based email automation system that is available with this tool which enabled me save all my accounts history for multiple contacts within the same account without any confusion and helped me to contact each of those persons through the automated emails according to my purpose. This helped me to cut short a wide length of time that I had to invest to a considerably less time which is very important for my work. Time Saving is essential along with Smart Work. Talent Path - I would define it as the most efficient tool we could use for saving our time and working in the smartest way still being able to store loads of data into the system. The system generated reports are so accurate that I could just rely on it anytime and assess my work to check my targets from time-time.

Cons

Since this is a very recent software, it could be upgraded little bit more like creating the "Do not call" option for each specific contact instead of the account commonly which is the existing feature. Rest all features work perfect to the extent I use for my work.

1\. It is used to identify the active jobs and also to identify candidates according to education, experience level and skill requirements they match. This makes easier for us to focus on the candidates who rank top by reducing the amount of time I need to spend reviewing submitted resumes before moving on to the interview portion of the hiring process. 2. It is very quick in searching the client details and also we can provide every notes provided from the respective client which makes recruiter easier to close the candidates 3. Changing the status of candidate based on feedback received 4. Linked different job portals to Talent Pathway

Cons

1\. We can have an option of DNC in Lead Contact 2. It would be good if we have an option of Delete/Delete all radio button in Notifications 3. Have some issue with Alphanumeric characters in the emails and Job Description 4. we can still work on using Boolean strings to rank the top candidate

Pros

Details about the position and ease of setting up a new job. The way that you are able to submit clients and add data is smooth.

Cons

It would be better if the search feature for clients was quicker, the layout is sometimes confusing were as saleforce had a way to move data to excel
