Pros Easy to use interface and a great team backing the solution up. We have now connected to 4 organisations with no issues whatsoever. Cons Software is a bit clumsy with an old looking interface. Cons Pretty basic feature set and lacks the ability to control notifications -- We have to go through the support team to update who receives the notifications of new orders. " August 17, 2017 4.0 Pros Setting up new customers has been simple with great support. It takes the headache out of a big part of the set up with the big retailers for a small company like us. The software is easy to use and simple to edit information.
