As our team has started to adopt the system more we have gone from a toxic work environment between managers and employees to a much smoother work environment. Pros It has really helped improve relations between managers and employees. It has given us direction and a system to track employee complaints and given us a better way to resolve issues efficiently. Cons We were not sure in the beginning if this was really going to help. We had some resistance in the beginning in adopting the system with our employees and managers but things are starting to improve. The programme is really straight forward to use. The user interface of the empower is excellent. I highly recommend it. Pros Empower gives the capacity and freedom to choose from a variety of colour pickers and font selectors to build presentations for PowerPoint that are really attractive. It saves me a great deal of time while generating presentations and Microsoft office documents. This software's tens of thousands of master templates are its finest feature Cons Regarding pricing, it is little costly as compared to other softwares. Otherwise, it is the best tool for PowerPoint.
