At the beginning, the tool worked quite fine. But for the last 6-12 months, we encountered a lot of technical problems: - the chat didn't work for the last 2 webinars - the sale notifications don't work every 3 webinars, - tags never worked properly since the beginning, - recurrent webinar doesn't work and we have to create a new one in the tool for every webinar. The support tells us they fixed it, but they didn't, and we still have to face the same issues again and again during our lives. We lost a lot of sales. WebinarJam is no longer a reliable tool. I don't recommend it. Pros What I liked most about WebinarJam was the great integrations and how easy it is to use the app, great tools. Pros easy to set up, It took not long time to set up the webinar Cons latency between sound and image on the recorded webinar's file the link that was send to costumers redirect to and old recording of the webinar rehasal .
