Pros

Keeps track of customer reviews, prompts for response of public reviews on Facebook pages and similar.

Cons

The mobile version is a bit tricky to find what I need to respond to a customer review of our services.

### "WebPunch is the best!"

WebPunch allows us a modern, easy way to track customer feedback, which we were doing previously by pen and paper. It has allowed our locations a simple way to collect feedback, engage with customers, and really learn how their business is performing.

Pros

Super easy to use and navigate. I love how detailed and responsive the platform is. I also really enjoy being able to see the progress of the listings set up process. Thanks for all the detailed notes!

Cons

When I'm in a specific location and want to switch I wish I could type in the name of the location instead of having to scroll or go back to the full list.

Pros

Web Punch has been extremely flexible to work with and provides our team an easy interface that allows our users to work with the collected survey data. Working closely with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has made our integration be a very seamless experience and could not be happier with his work.

Cons

While Web Punch's default interface is helpful, it can be confusing to our customers at times. However, they have been very open to new suggestions and have implemented a lot of our team's ideas.

Pros

Easy-to-use, never have had to call for help. Easy to teach to employees. Has the appropriate info on dashboard

Cons

Really nothing to dislike. I'm an old guy and if I can use it, then anyone should be able to figure it out.

The WebPunch software could use more options as far as reporting goes. More analytical data for each customer.

WebPunch increased our national franchises' star rating from 1.3 to 4.3 in a period of 8 months with superlative service.

Pros

The platform is easy, intuitive and gives me what I need most. More importantly, the customer support is absolutely stellar. I recommend WebPunch to all the business owners I work with.

Cons

Haven't found a key requirement lacking at this point. Have not had to push the integration limits yet.

Pros

the app is easy to use, and synchronizes with our customer database in a way that our customers can then proceed with a review at our favorite review places..

Cons

there's nothing in the software we dont like, however i will like to have a test feature so that we can test what is that is going out to customers to make sure is what we need....

Easy to use; love to be able to text/send email to happy customers that agree to write reviews for us!

there is nothing I don't like about the software. I think it is great, easy to use and much better than the service we had prior to Webpunch

It's great to know what customers are really saying about you.

Pros

It is easy to figure out without having to ask for help. The layout is organized. The comparison with other companies is a nice reference.

Cons

Not sure I like how the screens are set up when you work on resolving a customer issue. Figuring out how to get to that screen where notes are saved was the hardest part of navigating the software.
