"Simplicity and Flexibility in a Boutique Package"
Overall: Overall I have found both the software itself and also the support from the Benson team to be superior to any of the other software products I have been using in the last few years. Well done to them!
Pros: No software to load onto a server, all cloud based, and extremely user friendly interface. Completely straightforward and user friendly.
Cons: The software is in its early stages of operational use and therefore functionality is being added all the time. Some of the "nice to have" functionality is still coming, but this does not affect the performance of the platform. In a way it is handy to be operational at this stage as we are able to have inputs to many of the new developments.
"Cutting Edge"
Overall: A cutting edge, smart reservation and hotel management system that is pushing the boundaries in the hospitality sector.
Pros: It doesn't feel or look like a PMS system. It is modern, clean and sophisticated. It is cloud based and we never have to deal with sync problems ever again
Cons: The fact that I haven't discovered it long ago! Benson is still fine tuning some of the smaller feature and dashboard, but I don't really see that as a con since it gives us the opportunity to highlight the features that are truly important to us.

Pros: It is user friendly and simple to use so there is no need for in depth training. Rates and clients are well set up, so making a reservation is super fast. We are able to create numerous guest notes and set reminders so nothing is forgotten. Reporting is easy to customize so finding information I need for month ends is simple. So many more great features!
