Well done to them! Pros No software to load onto a server, all cloud based, and extremely user friendly interface. Completely straightforward and user friendly. Cons The software is in its early stages of operational use and therefore functionality is being added all the time. Some of the "nice to have" functionality is still coming, but this does not affect the performance of the platform. In a way it is handy to be operational at this stage as we are able to have inputs to many of the new developments. Pros It doesn't feel or look like a PMS system. It is modern, clean and sophisticated. It is cloud based and we never have to deal with sync problems ever again Cons The fact that I haven't discovered it long ago! Benson is still fine tuning some of the smaller feature and dashboard, but I don't really see that as a con since it gives us the opportunity to highlight the features that are truly important to us. Rates and clients are well set up, so making a reservation is super fast. We are able to create numerous guest notes and set reminders so nothing is forgotten. Reporting is easy to customize so finding information I need for month ends is simple. So many more great features!
