I will not go into detail about how they keep your primary URL from getting blacklisted for spam emails, but they have a process in place that I think is amazing. Their pricing is very competitive based on the number of contacts in your database. If you are new or have used email marketing in the past, you can contact Clickback sales for an explanation of the fantastic services available. Pros Their process is straightforward, and their self-help will allow any user to set up an email campaign quickly. They also have a top-notch customer support staff in case you get stuck. Cons NOTHING! This company is the best I have ever used in my over 30 years of sales managment. The support team is helpful and responsive, and the platform is relatively intuitive if you have used eblast software in the past. I would recommend Clickback to anybody who is looking to send bulk email to cold contacts. I would however advise that you have at least several thousands of contacts to send to. Pros It does what it is advertised to do; allows organizations to eblast cold contact lists. We had difficulty finding a platform designed for this, especially one that allows the creation of custom email templates, and Clickback "checked all the boxes." Cons The product is just not well thought out for multiple campaigns. The ease of use was great! Pros I enjoyed the ease of use and friendly service. We got a ton of good leads and converted some of those into customers which is fantastic. I highly recommend this product! Cons Not being able to have emails directly responded to was a limitation but also seems necessary to avoid spam filters. Reason for choosing Clickback Cost, fit and service quality stood out more than other products. Pros The ability to send to lists of all types and know that dead email addresses and spam traps will be removed before sending. An amazing software. Cons The UI could use some redoing.
