"Best IT admin app that help solve issues and keep Workstations environment in best shape "
Overall: Love it! a must-have tool for all System administrators and IT professional!
Pros: MPA Tools has many unique perspectives on how to manage, support, and troubleshoot Workstations and Servers. What's great about it is that you can work on multiple or one computers at the same time, comparing differences between them or running a task. for example, you can compare on multiple devices what recently changed on them and find a commit root cause. Or you can quickly see what Operating systems installed on computers in particular OU. This is just a fraction of what it can do!
Cons: Maybe not enough info on everything that the tool can do, but at the same time the support guys will answer any questions
"Great value"
Overall: Our team has been able to have full patch compliance for all endpoints.
Pros: MPA Tools offers so many features that are critical for proper endpoint management. When coupled with SCCM, it is invaluable for having the proper view into your environment. We also were able to remotely execute Dell Command Update through command line on our endpoints to maintain firmware/bios updates.
Cons: We haven’t found a need for any additional features.
"PC Management for the rest of us!"
Pros: Ease of use, pricing, and support. I like the ability to link together actions.
Cons: Nothing except the GUI. Similar products have flashier GUIs. This is not a deal breaker, MPA just works!
"Easy to use, extremely powerful"
Overall: Any issues I have are quickly resolved by the support team (single developer I believe) and they are really great.
Pros: I love the simplicity, the design, and the functionality that this tool provides. No more needing to have multiple programs open to patch a client, uninstall software, troubleshoot issues, and the sheer volume of information this tool provides at your fingertips. It's also incredibly lightweight, responsive, and does not consume a significant amount of resources. Even when working on a good number of clients at once.
Cons: I wish I could activate it on two machines simultaneous, as I use two machines daily to manage our environment.

Pros: easy to use all the added add in's in side
Cons: software does have some bugs in it like the licence code wont stick
"MPA for PC Support"

Cons: Being used from a single access point, from time to time it crashes and you have to reboot.
"Excellent Admin Tool "
Overall: I think MPA is a good product and within a small organizations budget. I would differently recommend MPA to other IT professionals.
Pros: Pros: My Ping App is easy to install and user friendly. Once it's installed you're up and running. With in minutes I was able to view AD and see all of the PC's on my network. You can ping devices, see what software is installed and even the version of software. You can also see what updates are installed and what updates are needed.
