Excellent. Starting from initail marketing till deplyoment and even after deplyoment there assistance during any issues faced.

Pros

Support from Guys. Specially by \[sensitive content hidden\]. He is always ready to help also he helped to solve the issues even after when he was not supposed to.

Cons

Nothing, as still new to the system will be sure there are always room for improvemwnt.

One of the Excellent software to manage JOPD.

Pros

The software is User-friendly, easily accessible, and transparent. the most likable part of this software is the minimal error with Mollak integration.

Cons

The system hangs quite often during the regular use of the software and automatically logs out. The software shows an error in browsing while pulling the receipts from the Mollak system.

I am using ADDA as user and as Community Manager for last 8 years. It is an excelent product for Society management. This is helping us to have transperent accounting and helping us with easy auditing and tracking dues and payments.

Pros

1\. Easy to use 2. Gives an easy way to manage the society accounts 3. Mobile apps is helpful for the residents to view their dues and make payment. 4. Lots of reports to help Society management team to manage the accounts and auditing

Cons

1\. Need to add more latest communication like WhatsApp 2. Need to have functionality to integrate with thrid pary payment providers like Paytm or PhonePe etc 3. Gatekeeper is not as good as other product in market

Reason for choosing ADDA

When we purchased ADDA in 2016 there were not many alternatives later alternatives like MyGate and Nobrokerhood came in. I did not spent much time comparing with other products. No with lots of history around it might be difficult to swith to other providers with out losing some transaction history

ADDA is advertisement-free and has a clean, neat layout.

Cons

Please note ADDA main functionality should be visitor approval, rest like expense and other can be replaceable by a excel sheet with its Pros and cons . In recent times ADDA notifications are inconsistent 1. Notifications not being received at all. for approval 2. Delayed notifications 3. Inconsistent notifications, with some being received and others missed. I have reproduced all the issues with the ADDA support team, but they are asking us to wait for a new launch. This is unacceptable, as these issues are crucial for both security and social needs. Residence cannot afford to miss a Swiggy delivery, nor can resident make a visitor wait at the entry just because the app fails to send a notification on time. Imagine the visitor’s reaction—among others they might suggest using other apps. Please address these issues as soon as possible.

Apartment Adda is a fantastic platform for managing the affairs of residential communities. It simplifies communication among residents, allows for hassle-free maintenance requests, and fosters a sense of community. We were looking for an automated solution for apartment management. We came across ADDA in 2012. It became so simple after this. User management, Income/Expense tracker, Helpdesk tracker are all really good.

Pros

We have been using ADDA for almost 6 years now. The member invoicing module is very well designed. It's a quick resolution to all issues in a residential complex, be it the complaints, booking of common facilities or management of funds. The customer support is excellent. You approach them with a problem and their full support team swings into immediate action.

Cons

I used to dislike the UI of the App but with the latest update, they have rolled in a new extremely user-friendly UI.

Pros

Feature rich product. Simple for understanding most modules. Support staff very good. Gokila Rajeev had engaged with us to solve some of our problems. Was very polite, prompt and supportive.

Cons

Year end closing needs more attention Personalized joint exploration with customer to encourage usage of all capabilities can be done to take customer service to next level.

I actively use the Income, Expenses, and Utility Tracker modules, which help me manage our accounts efficiently. I also make use of the Announcements feature to communicate seamlessly with members. ADDA has been excellent for payment tracking — it makes receiving maintenance payments and managing accounting simple and smooth. Everything is working well so far. Our next focus will be on implementing Visitor Management and Helpdesk, which will further enhance our day-to-day operations.

Cons

Nothing as such, ⁠I have not used any other product, so can't give any comparison. We have not faced any issue so far.

Our overall experience with ADDA has been phenomenal! The Team is always over the top supportive no matter how trivial our requests are, and they take great pride in end user success. Albeit with there being no single solution to our industry and its needs, ADDA has stood out as a fluid and flexible service provider that continues to push the boundaries of innovation and creativity with their passion to serve its shareholders.

Pros

The greatest “Pros” of ADDA is the Engineering Team! They are always quick and excited to assist us with tweaks or edits to the product, they have exceeded our expectations on numerous occasions with their innovation and continuing to make the product intuitive for our Customers.

Cons

We do not have any “Cons” with ADDA. If we were forced to label anything as a “Con” it would be our own internal learning curve of using and maximizing the software. We sometimes struggle to keep pace with the Engineering and Support Teams as they are incredibly fast with their service and support when we run into roadblocks.

It was nice experience using adda, with the help of user feedbacks we together can make it a great product overall.

Pros

1\. Ease of using different functions as admin 2. Customer or product support for solving the implementation/customisation issues 3. Workflows are designed well in advance

Cons

1\. Need some corrections into workflows 2. As admin, still some access are missing in some functioning that can be done by support team only 3. Hard delete of some entities are necessary to avoid garbage data being accumulated (users, units etc.) 4. Tenant management need some more advancements as its most frequently used and have maximum challenges faced by Apartments or societies.

It has been good so far. The customer service has been reasonably good.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] was extremely helpful in ensuring that the year end process which was hitherto not run for 4 financial years are run properly and the figures frozen

Cons

Some of the general ledger accounts are not accessible for journal entries. This is a disadvantage compared to Tally. Also, the receivables and payables are broken down into individual elements including GST. Sometime this may be advantageous. Many a times, this seems to be disadvantageous.

As it seems to be closely aligned with the Apartment Owners requirements
