It does need some hand holding, or it could just be my outlook and unfamiliarity with it that makes it a little difficult. Note I have not used any other apartment payment system for me to include a comparison. Cons 1) Twice in the 2 years of my usage of ADDA, it has not shot out the invoices on the 'trigger' date set. Had to call an ADDA official to get it set right. 2) It's not easy to correct incorrect entries quickly; I have had to take help from an ADDA person 3) have been requesting the said ADDA official who has helped us over the last 2 years, to conduct a face to face feature benefit session for our team (association members, staff and audit office staff), your team seems reluctant... User management, Income/Expense tracker, Helpdesk tracker are all really good. Pros We have been using ADDA for almost 6 years now. The member invoicing module is very well designed. It's a quick resolution to all issues in a residential complex, be it the complaints, booking of common facilities or management of funds. The customer support is excellent. You approach them with a problem and their full support team swings into immediate action. It is very convenient for me to do these activities through the app. In ADDA, we get to book essential service providers like medicine, grocery, pest control, etc which we find to be very useful. Cons There is no option to pay rent online through this app. They can include this feature.
