Cons

the only issues we have had with software is when generating careplan alot of documentation on nurses notes are not transferred over to assessment/when generating plan of cares.

Good, system is user friendly and customer service is good. Nurses on our staff that have used other systems say it is the "kindergarten" of charting systems because it is so easy.

Pros

User friendly, has great "help" options so calling for support is not always necessary. But they are very helpful if calling is needed.

Cons

Would like a hard stop on visit notes if they are "long visits" prior to finalizing the note instead of getting a notification after the visit has been locked. Requested this feature nearly 2 years ago.

Very supportive and very available team at each step of implementation.

Pros

I appreciate the support from the entire training and implementation team. I was new to my position as the administrator and implementation was started by my predecessor. The sales team were understanding and worked with me to push back the date until we had the right people in place to work the transition.

Cons

There seems to be a lot of work arounds required in the software that could be eliminated or simplified. Use common healthcare language such as "patient record" rather than "patient encounter" and removing drop down boxes with names for clinicians if it leads them to believe it is signing the note for them. Excessive amount of steps that have to be done in a certain order that could be simplified and not require different staff members to do things for a busy team to get so wrapped up in the administrative steps in patient care.
