Pros: It was good to be able to see who was online and who was offline. I also enjoyed the call statistics.

Cons: We had so many troubles with this product particularly because my phone was an Android and most of the other employees were mac. However, the problems encountered were not just on my android phone but also my mac and throughout the company. From onboarding which was far too quick and quiet presentation by Parakeet's account management team to the implementation, there were a lot of issues. Sometimes the client couldn't hear me or I couldn't hear them. The calls would drop unexpectedly and transferring was a nightmare. I also wish there had been a way where when transferring, I could have talked to the person I was transferring to before transferring the call. Finally, I had to be literally taken off the queue every night or it would continue to call my phone regardless of if I was set to away or not.

Overall: There were so many technical issues that we had to give up. Since most of my job was spent on the phone, it created more work and was quite frustrating not just for me but for our clients as well.

Pros: It was extremely easy to set up and had simple functionality that I liked. Paired well with Apple phones.

Cons: Calls would get dropped too often and this did not pair well with android phones. When transferring calls did work, you wouldn't have the functionality to put the person on hold to tell the person you're transferring then anything about why they were being transferred.
