Pros: Links seamlessly with Gmail, actually even allows to follow-up with emails directly in Prosperworks instead of going back to my mail account. It is easy to integrate and allows you to create email templates to save time.

Cons: The number of email templates is limited in the professional plan. To optimize, I have to make bilingual templates and erase the language that I don't need every time I use it. That is a little restrictive.

Overall: Automation and ease of following up with my sales.

Pros: Cheap, easy to use... sort of... (eg, there's a global search but the filter buttons on the left don't work)

Cons: It lacks pretty much all but the most absolute basic CRM functionality. The reporting is pretty much non-existent, filtering is limited, customization is limited, integrations are limited, etc. I can't imagine any legitimate sales manager in the world operating with the data this provides.

Pros: I was really excited when I came across this system, it seemed like the perfect solution to what we were needing until we actually got into it and found that it just didn't serve our needs. The customer service was great. I appreciated how much time they spent to explain everything but we needed a company to work with us on how to make the system work FOR us. We use everything google so that was very appealing to us with all the integrations. For us to use this system, we would need to pay for others services on top of the monthly rate so it just didn't make sense. We were able to find a solution that works for our needs even though it's something that you wouldn't typically use in my industry. Thanks so much for all the help, ProsperWorks!

Cons: Again - really wanted this to work for us. It's a great system for companies. Unfortunately, it just did not fit within our company and the workflow we need to stick to.

Maybe all CRM's have glitches?

Comments: Never understood how to use Leads Opportunities and Projects....I guess it is the usual problem....highly configurable...maybe business model our company uses needs a more curated set up....we are mfg Rep firm with diverse contact types that are usually inter-related.

Pros: Promise of easy integration with Gmail and easy addition and updates to contacts. Ability to mass upload and edit. Chrome extension with gmail view

Cons: Syncing difficulty with gmail contacts.....and onward to IOS. Inability to read business cards....Quality control issues as users add new data

Pros: We really appreciated the team taking their time with us. We are setting this up over a few locations and getting access to training sessions online and via conference call was really great.

We have android phones, are upgrading to Google Suite and are really excited to have a full service INTEGRATED CRM product that is not too expensive and also not too complicated.

CALL LOGGING is amazing!!
The app works really well and this helps us work while on the go.

Cons: We would love to see integration with caller identification software in the future.

Something like TrueCall

Also business card scanning would be amazing.

Comments: My cons are things that I think the company will solve for in the coming quarters to years -- nobody can build everything at once. ProsperWorks is a great technology that I highly recommend checking out if you're looking for an alternative to Salesforce or Dynamics.

Pros: I just discovered ProsperWorks this year and have been very impressed. They do exactly what they say they'll do: making CRM easy. The platform is intuitive, and you don't need a PhD in it to be able to customize the system to your business. The integration with the Google Suite is incredible as well. You can manage and update leads right from Gmail, which saves a ton of time.

Cons: Integrations are behind some of the largest players in the market such as Salesforce. Reporting is clean and easy-to-use, but a bit limiting compared to a Salesforce as well. Experienced consultants aren't as easy to find due to the newness of the platform.

Pros: We like how well Prosperworks CRM integrates with Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive. It's convenient and very intuitive. Customer service is always very helpful.

Cons: There are some functionality features that could be improved. But customer service is always very helpful.

Overall: Seamless integration with our existing Google accounts. We save time, money and headaches. It is a vast improvement over our former CRM, Salesforce. The transition from Salesforce to Prosperworks CRM was flawless and handled easily by our IT professional.

Pros: Lots way to customize. Like the pipeline. Automation is good. Mailing tracking is good. Tracking tasks are good.

Cons: App data loading too slow. Can't sync contact directly from cell phone. Every time have to copy and paste contact.

Pros: I thought that Prosper Works does a pretty good job of keeping everything organized. I just don't like going back and forth between the Gmail and Prosper Works. It would be better if I could write emails from within Prosperworks.

Cons: Didn't love the mobile options. I use a gmail integration app called Boomerang that bring up older, unresponded to emails. There was a lot of overlap between Prosperworks and Boomerang as I was using it.

Comments: Great product, good value.

Pros: Integration with GMAIL and very intuitive. Makes it so you don;t have to think so much about the details as it grabs most of them for you.

Cons: Automated Tasks a little clumsy, GMAIL interface is a little dominating and have to click it to clear it so that I can read my email.

Pros: Usability is awesome. My team loves using it. We also integrated it with Ring Central and that has been a huge bonus (and the main reason why we chose them). Their Zapier integrations are quite good and was easy to integrate with our other systems for workflow management.

Cons: It's new, which means sometimes it's not as configurable as others. But that also means that it's easy to setup and use.

Pros: I really like the way that Prosperworks integrates with Google Calendar and Google Mail. I'm able to schedule meetings on my calendar from within Prosperworks and it tracks my email correspondence with each contact and other activities as well. Easy to import contacts. Really like the ability to custom fields for the sales process and to provide tags to prospects and clients.

Cons: I would like to see more discrete data by activity type. Primarily can only get the number of times an interaction has occurred within the universe of a contact type. Would like to be able to drill down with more specifics, like the type of contact and text of notes written.

Overall: Tracking my activity with prospects.

Pros: Fits with G suite and all Google products. I use Inbox by Gmail in which prosperworks has an extension which works well. It is a very polished product and what it does it does well.

Cons: Could use a bit more features like time tracking, better and more custom rules, and the pricing is a bit high.

Pros: I think the integration with other apps is the best thing about this software, specially the integration with google services, plus it give a good value for the money we pay

Cons: It is very limited, because it is too general, and it is really hard to customize for your specific problem or business

Overall: The price is good for the service and it will fulfill most of the basic needs of a small business

Comments: Pricing is great for small companies. We want a solution that can expand by users, but we don't want something that becomes significantly more expensive as additional users are less critical. We feel this is a great solution to include support staff on.

Pros: Seamless G-Suite Integration Automatically generates profiles, bringing in information from the web such as LinkedIn and Twitter accounts. Pipeline is very useful - extends Google functionality.

Cons: Only integrates well with one G-Suite account per user, you can have more than one account, but only one integrates seamlessly. This has been a problem for me as I am merging two companies and want to keep both brands. No tablet app on Android.

Pros: Fairly versatile - different departments could use it for a number of tasks. Collects all the data you have.

Cons: Very easy to create duplicates. Horrible horrible horrible data migration once you decide to switch products. They basically hold your data hostage. Customer support was subpar.

Comments: Customer service is really good and responsive.

Pros: The ease of adding contacts is great. You don't have to waste a ton of time with data entry. It's easy to use and intuitive.

Cons: I don't believe you can text contacts from the phone app, would like to be able to do that. We have had some issues with the way the contacts sync with our Google contacts - the type of phone number doesn't get relayed so you aren't sure if the number is a work or cell phone.

Comments: By far, THE BEST CRM database to exist. I never thought anyone would be better than lasso until I ran across this software.

Pros: 1. #1 Google Recommended CRM 2. You have a Dashboard AND can add prospects straight from your email account 3. Customer Service is phenomenal!! They give a really great demo on the product, as well. 4. Even partner with MailChimp for mass emailing

Pros: Prosperworks is so seamlessly integrated with Gmail--this platform was a blessing from heaven. It is apparent this was created by a sales person who is in the day-to-day grind--not some cumbersome CRM created by a software developer who has never sold a day in their lives.

Cons: The only downsides we found with the software is:
-Reporting--was not as overarching as the reporting capabilities in CRMs we're more used to.
-Integrations--does not take the cake in terms of integrating with outside platforms (AdWords, ERPs, landing page tools, etc.)

Pros: I really enjoy how this connects with the Google Suite so I don't have endless duplicate contacts, I also like how it pulls all the data from people's signature and social media, so I don't have to go hunting for it

Pros: It's integration with gmail, making it a powerful way to track activities and customer interactions.

Cons: The graphics relating to the canned reports could be a bit more enticing, unless we haven't yet fully unlocked all its potential in this area yet.

Pros: ProsperWorks - lent itself very well to our start up organization. It allowed us to choose a highly functional CRM system that we could customize out of the gate and get things organized while not being afraid of the need to scale things significantly in the future and having to re-start things with a new more "sophisticated" system. The integration with Gmail - makes it a tool that completely transforms our organization's ability to adopt a comprehensive sales and customer management approach.

Cons: Perhaps some additional reports could be offered in the set reports offered. Particularly in quantifying the leads obtained and their translation to opportunities and sales.

ROI in before the free trial is over.

Pros: The graphical interface that lets you manage where customers are in your pipeline is the best feature. It lets me see every open opportunity at a glance and move them around with no problem.

Cons: I'm trying to think of one hard thing to set-up but it all integrated with my Google workflow pretty well. If I had to get nit-picky then maybe they could include task automation in the starter package that I bought?

Pros: The gmail integration is fabulous if you are a gmail user, however other integrations are limited to going through Zapier, which seems great until you actually try to set up what you are needing. Then not so much...

Cons: Customer Care is a bit lacking. As one other reviewer put it... it feels like once they have your money, they are less motivated to prioritize your needs.

Overall: Gmail integration... but that was about it.

Pros: It could be suitable for Google Gmail Apps,so we like this function very much. It could be easily connected with Youtube,Facebook,linkedin etc.

Pros: I like that it automates our sales pipeline tasks. We move an opportunity through the pipeline and it automatically generates tasks as we go.

Cons: I don't like that it doesn't integrate with Zendesk. We handle all of our support from Zendesk and when an email is sent through Zendesk, Prosperworks doesn't pick that up and add it to the contact's record.

Overall: Systematizes sales pipeline for consistency, provides opportunity to measure sales efforts.

Comments: Easy to keep track up follow up

Pros: Integrates with Gmail, outlook, mail chimp and others. I can customize the fields. I can record phone calls, emails, notes and orders all in one place.

Cons: Would love it to integrate with Google Voice. I use Google Boice to text from my computer. It is 90% of how I do my follow up.

Pros: The integration with Goole makes this AWESOME! I found myself using gmail from the website WAY more. I love not having to leave my email to do most things.

Cons: The reports could be more substantial. Also, I really REALLY wish I could do on and offline marketing campaigns within the system.

Pros: I like the fact that it follows basics Salesforce knowledge. If your company is downgrading from salesforce or think you may upgrade to it it is a good product.

The customer service was excellent. I was able to get live people to help me get started and they even took feedback on my experience to be better for other future users.

Cons: The reports could use some work. You can export out detail, but I thought better in-app reports should be available. Also, would love if they built out the capability to manage and execute on AND offline marketing campaigns. One less app to bring to the party would be great.

Overall: Ability to manage my sales and fulfillment cycles.

Pros: My account executive is one of the best I have dealt with on any product or service in the twenty plus years I have been in business. I know he doesn't get it done on his own as he will reference how supportive his team is. I run several small startups. Seamless integration into and with our daily workflow is crucial. ProsperWorks makes it easy. I know that Google is a client of theirs. The nice part is that they treat me as professionally as they do Google. I guarantee it.

Comments: Very happy with ProsperWorks - it takes the "work" out of using a CRM and really enables sales people to focus on making sales!

Pros: Great functionality right out of the box, easy to customize, great reporting functionality, excellent Chrome extension, seamless integration with Gmail. Excellent value.

Cons: There's no ability to schedule revenue recognition for single opportunities. There's also no native iPad app, and the interface on Safari and Chrome on iPad doesn't scroll very well from left to right for pipeline review.

Pros: The home page is like, don't need to think of which function will be where. easy to find everything.

Cons: only fit for gmail, cause we start using Office Outlook for emails quite a while, so difficult to change.

Pros: Gmail extension is really all you need for data input. Very clean design. I love the Google Sheets add on and all of the triggers and actions you can set up with Zapier. I have used many CRMS (pipedrive, base, close.io and salesforce) and recently compared prosperworks head on with Salesforce - prosperworks ultimately won out due to ease of set up and the gmail extension.

Cons: We have a lot of legacy prospects and so it's helpful to see emails from 12 months or older from other reps at our company, unfortunately those emails don't get pulled in to the contacts activity history if older than 12 months.

Overall: More Awesomeness for my sales team

Hands down the most convenient and integrated CRM for GSuite.

Pros: PW's integration with G-suite supercharges the Gmail experience. email tracking allows perfectly timed calls for clients and much much more.

Comments: I chose PW from an original list of 30 possibilities. I had a list of "need to haves" and "nice to haves" and PW killed it on the former and kept adding to the latter as I got to know their product better.

Pros: It is integrated with Gmail. I am able to import leads easily and it has great forecasting windows. I like how it automatically asks to include the contact when you receive a new email. It is very customized.

Overall: After trying several other options, we did not believe that the tool for us existed and we were considering developing our own software. Comments: We started exploring CRM's in October and were drawn to Salesforce because this CRM what our peers and mentors were encouraging us to use. We downloaded the sample software and were immediately overwhelmed by the complexity of the program. We saw how Salesforce may be great for a super big business but for our small consulting firm with 4 employees it was too complex. The initial appeal was that Prosperworks linked pretty seamlessly with our Google Enterprise suite and was so so so so SO easy to set up! It has been about two months now and we are already feeling the ease lifted from our shoulders. We were managing all of our clients using spreadsheets and in doing so where missing invoices, forgetting important details and not following up! Now we have automated task to remind us of things and thanks to integration with Zapier, its like we have an entire team of online robots supporting us!

Pros: The look and feel = it's not intimidating and actually is easy to use The integrations have been really helpful (we are waiting for the quickbooks integration with excitement) We say immediate results in our reduction of stress and increased capacity within 2 weeks.

Cons: A better google calendar integration would be really helpful Customer Summer has been helpful but it some of the employees need to really brush up on their skills, meaning that they did not know answers to some of the basic features. Ability to customize home screen more would be great!

Comments: I use google apps for everything and Prosperworks was a great extension to keep track of my clients and potential clients. Adding in customized fields was so easy and helps me keep track of where my leads are coming from. The filters help me be able to pull a report and see who I haven't reached out to in awhile and who I need to touch base with so I can keep getting their referrals. Comments: ProsperWorks is not as widely known (yet) as many other CRM providers in the industry, but it is a strong contender in the arena. It has all the basic features and more for a business that needs a CRM system, and it seamlessly integrates with Gmail/Google for Business, which is a huge plus!

Pros: The Gmail integration is vital in so many ways, including record-keeping, recalling information, setting reminders for follow-ups and organizing project-related information. It's also highly intuitive. Although there are a number of self-paced and personal training opportunities, a relatively tech savvy individual should be able to navigate it with little trouble. It also includes a capability to keep your leads separate from your actual customers, while also moving them through a pipeline that you design. The Opportunities feature does the same thing, allowing you to visually track where any sales are and analyze any snags in your process.

Cons: There are some tricks to setting up the system, but ProsperWorks support is very clear in giving new clients the proper order of operations. If you follow the onboarding steps, you'll be successful.

Recommendations to other buyers: Discuss your custom fields and pipeline progression with your onboarding specialist. Although we thought we knew exactly the way we wanted something, it turned out that we were overcomplicating things. Our specialist actually took a time to go over these details with us, asking probing questions so as to help us find a solution that wouldn't fail us.

Comments: One thing I really liked about the program was that you can customize just about everything! this feature makes it very useful no matter what field you are in. I am a real estate agent, and I found it easy to customize according to my needs. The customer service offered is very responsive and polite. I received follow up phone calls and the agents I spoke with were very helpful and knowledgeable. I see Prosper Works as an affordable option.

Comments: NO REFUNDS, thats where you should steer clear!, Any company that does not issue refunds is clearly aware of their poor product. Extremely slow customer service, obviously no phone number just email. They will take over your email database. Say you want to customize, as promised, to your company's needs, good luck with figuring it out yourself. Help? refer your self to the FAQ. For that kind of money? Ridiculous. Remember the helpful and eager to please rep that signed you up? UNREACHABLE after you pay! THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU AFTER CANCELLING. YOU WILL HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD AND CALL YOUR BANK.

Pros: They take all credit cards including AMERICAN EXPRESS. Do your self a favor and use AMEX so you can dispute the charge!

Cons: NO REFUNDS, POOR SERVICE, DISMAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT, GRAB YOUR MONEY AND RUN SCHEME, FEELS ILEGAL.

Comments: I had been a Top Producer user for many years but their interface is now old and not user friendly. I bought and tried Contactually for 4 months but found that it had shortcomings for real estate purposes. I trialed Prosperworks and then bought. It is super intuitive to use. Has a great "pipeline" view so that I can see how my brokerage is running. The Chrome extension allows for easy client detail capture from Gmail and the ability to have all correspondence visible within Prosperworks is great. Email tracking is very valuable.

Pros: Pipeline opportunity view. Chrome Gmail extension. Ability to add multiple property transactions to each client, add unlimited clients to a transaction. Call log. Future action scheduling. Integration with Mailchimp. Email tracking within Gmail. Onboarding and support is great. Tutorials are available online and they have weekly webinars that you can drop in on to help you.

Cons: None so far

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are looking for a user friendly CRM system for real estate, this is head and shoulders above the others I have tried. Contactually, Salesforce, Insightly and Top Producer.

Comments: Tried PW for my insurance biz. It was a total waste of time. It took 20+ hours to set up for my business and did very little to help organize contacts/meetings/notes as I required. Also needed to be able to filter/search for data. Overall, it lacked customization. Wanted to add custom fields like birthdates. This proved impossible, as the date field required input via pop up calendar, so you'd have to click through every month to get back to January 1 1965. I talked to their support people for a total of 3 hours and the conclusion of it all was "the software can't do that and we're not going to implement that unless a ton of people ask for it." That should have been a red flag because it just got worse. Importing data is super annoying. If you have a google sheet you want to import, you have to download it as a CSV then re-upload it, and hope the fields match up. It also adds a bunch of tags to crap that makes a huge data mess you end up wasting hours to fix. The dashboard is a total waste of space. There is no useful information. The People section is basically a glorified Excel spread sheet. When you export your data it grabs the fields, but leaves all of the activity notes behind, so you cannot back those Custom filters are another massive failure. If you want to filter by X but exclude everyone who already has Y, it's impossible. I think an undergrad designed this system because it lacks advanced features severely. If you want to set up a daily to-do queue, forget it. You might as well use paper checklist or a spreadsheet. Another major problem is that it will pull info out of your google contacts and if you check the box for Sync with Contacts, it will completely destroy your hardwork in contacts. It deletes data out of fields, such as addresses and phone numbers. You have to pay for another software called Pieworks to fix that, but it's also terrible. A simple basic feature that should be included is not, and you have to pay yet another monthly sub for something really stupid that should be there. It has an app for android, and it was convenient when out of the office. You can pull up the contact and if you just had a meeting with them, dictate the notes into logging a meeting. If you need to call them, just tap their phone number, and at the end of the call PW is already logging your call, just enter the notes about topics of discussion. However, the app needs improvement in terms of the dashboard, such as calendar and to do list like a call queue or other service tasks. You have to submit tickets for every little thing. It's extremely annoying and waste of your time. I decided to cancel this, pulled all of my data out of PW and set it up in a spreadsheet. PW is barely more than a spreadsheet with a pretty interface. It's not worth the money. You might as well use something free -- or spend the money and get a real CRM with all the features you really need. They will not let you cancel. There is no place to remove your billing information or cancel your plan. You have to submit a ticket and hope they answer it, but more likely, they'll ignore it because they are a greedy company that ignores the requests users make on their website for changes. They claim they are the CRM google uses, but that's not true. This is a very immature piece of software that cannot handle a serious business with specialized needs. They may have partnered with

Comments: Ultimately, choosing Prosperworks became a no-brainer. It came down to that or Salesforce. My boss had previous experience with Salesforce so he was leaning heavily in that direction. After our account manager showed us the demo, my execs were sold. The ease of use alone makes it an easy choice. Not to mention it was a fraction of the cost.

Comments: We've been using ProsperWorks for about a year now. Many of the problems we've had with it have been human issues (forgetting to move an opportunity from one level of the pipeline to the other). Some of the issues that were software related were easily handled by customer service (and honestly - mostly end-user issue, not software)

Pros: Streamlined, and integrated right into our email, which is hosted by gmail. Great customer support frequent updates from ProsperWorks when things are being changed/added/maintained.

Cons: Not many, really. Some issues with client information being posted to the dashboard if not properly entered. Opportunities don't seem to show up on the dashboard.

Recommendations to other buyers: Definitely try this out. Yes, there are free CRMs, and some of them are also pretty good. But make sure you do your due diligence and definitely check out ProsperWorks. If your email is hosted by any of their supported email clients, you will be amazed at how easy it is to ensure proper tracking.

Comments: I contacted prosperworks and asked about certain features and if their system can execute those features. I was promised it can do that and beyond. After signing up I realized that prosperworks cannot do the features I inquired about and that I was lied to. I requested a refund and explained why and they simply proceeded to ignore my request. I phoned and sent emails and still have not hear back. Horrible horrible experience. I would not recommend proserworks to anyone.

Comments: This product has changed the way we do business and recruitment for leads! Having a great CRM that can sync seamlessly into Gmail has saved us so many minutes turned into hours of converting contacts into our system to reach out to them. They have provided great, consistent support and at an excellent price-point

Pros: It easy integration with our Gmail accounts and how cleanly we can sort contacts at various stages of follow up.

Cons: As with several other CRM's we'd seen, there is a certain amount of redundancy within the system, leaving you multiple ways to almost do the same thing thus those functions can become unused if you are lacking more formal training.

Comments: The software is easy to use and can be customized to your needs. I think if you're looking for a CRM and you've never used one before, this is a good way to get introduced to CRM so you can establish what you like and don't like. I've used other CRM softwares before and there's always something I like and don't like. But overall this one fit the job and was interchangeable where I needed it to be. If you're starting out your business and you're not sure what to look for the PropserWorks team will really educate you on how it works. It does sync with gmail which is great for us, there were a few kinks I couldn't figure out but again, overall this is a great program.

Pros: syncs to gmail and has extensions to use within gmail, easy to use, straightforward, customizeable

Cons: I couldn't get my gmail calendar to sync with it. Too much customization, it was hard to teach my boss how to use it just because I could change so many features to fit his style of working.

Recommendations to other buyers: This is a great starter program that does more than the basic cheap ones, but really gives you a chance to test out what you like and don't like in a CRM.

Comments: There was confusion from the beginning as to who my main point of contact was to get started. I had an initial person, then interacted with two others. None were able to assist with questions about merging my domain name email with my gmail account. The CRM software specifically caters to gmail users. That was fine as I had set up my domain name email to send/receive via my gmail account. None of the support persons were able to advise or confirm if Prosperworks would still work with my domain email via gmail. I was instructed by one of them that I would need to also subscribe to the paid Google for Business service. From the onset I was asked and confirmed I was only interested in the level. As I'm a new agent in Real Estate, and I would be the sole user, I did not need, nor could afford the bells and whistles. One of the key selling points was the ability to track and see when my emails were opened. At no point in my various conversations with 3 different consultants was I told that this feature was only available at the price point. It was only after I had installed the software and inquired about the missing feature that I was told I wasn't eligible. Also, the ongoing question about the integration of my domain name email address was never satisfied. After playing around with the app, importing contacts and setting up both my gmail and domain name email in the app during the free trial period, I discovered that I would need to pay for an additional account for the "second email" even though it was me the same person. My take-away was that I would need to pay for each additional subscriber. When compared to others like Hub Spot, this is simply a bad deal. At no point during the onboarding process was this explained until I was ready to confirm payment/my own personal email issues. I was told a supervisor who would be more knowledgable would be in touch. It was around a week later I heard from a supervisor. By then I had moved on. I informed her that I had discovered HubSpot and would be using that as my CRM moving forward. HubSpot is free and also comes with the feature to track opened emails. The supervisor told me that HubSpot was NOT a CRM. It is. So, in the end I would not recommend Prosperworks. It seems this app is too new and the support team is lacking in knowledge. At the basic level of it's not worth it when compared to others that offer the majority of the same features for free.

Pros: useful if you use gmail exclusively.

Cons: lack of knowledgable support team. too expensive when compared to other CRMs

Recommendations to other buyers: spend time doing market comparisons of other CRMS to find the best value and features suited to your needs.

Pros: Interface to gmail is very good alongside tracking of opportunities

Cons: you cannot send emails within prosperworks, having to switch out of the programme defeats the objective of having automatic interface to gmail !, particularly more annoying when using the mobile app, could be a showstopper to some.

Pros: Ties into my email to keep my communication and interaction with each customer organized. the dashboard gives you a great look at where you are with whats in your pipeline and task you are working on.

Pros: It instantly connected social media connections with an email address.

Cons: It is not that easy to add and delete options from the CRM profile of each individual, even with an Excel file uploaded. It is also not that easy to update a person's file as basic keyboard function switch (like Tab to the next field) did not work. It was a lot of clicking with the mouse to get where I wanted.

Pros: It is tied directly to Google Mail, so all relevant emails are linked to contacts and opportunities. Also, ProsperWorks can automatically obtain contact information based on email address and this information can be used to create new contacts.

Cons: Customer support is limited. I have not used the reports much yet, simply because I have not had the time to teach myself. Before committing to purchase the software, the sales person was very helpful. After purchasing the software, it is difficult to get a response to questions.

Recommendations to other buyers: Get as much information as possible from the sales person before buying the software, because once you purchase it, you will have difficulty getting more training.
