Their chat and tech support is very responsive but I think this tool has a long way to go. **Pros:** It's fun and easy to use. It creates something cool and unique and they have a lot of good and free features that you can incorporate. **Cons:** It's super glitchy and scenes just start disappearing all of a sudden. I had to contact their tech support to get some deleted scenes back and it took them a day and a half to do so. Even if the features seem promising on paper, they’re overshadowed by constant lagging and crashes. It's hard to appreciate anything when you're stuck refreshing the app and losing progress repeatedly. **Cons:** I had high hopes for Animaker, but it’s been nothing short of a frustrating experience. The app constantly lags, making it almost impossible to get anything done. Every time I try to create or edit something, it freezes, forcing me to refresh the page and start all over again. It’s incredibly time-consuming and unproductive, especially when you’re in the middle of a project. The lagging issue has been persistent, and it seems like there’s no fix in sight. For an app that's supposed to make animation easier, it’s doing the complete opposite. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you enjoy wasting time and pulling your hair out.
