Cons I've been using this app on my desktop for six hours now. Every time I get between 2-4 slides in, it freezes. Sometimes, if I wait 30 minutes or so, it starts to work again. I got no response. I proceeded to ask for a refund within 24 hours of purchase. To this day, I have not received a single response. Don't offer a refund policy if you are not going to commit to it.
