Pros: Most systems like these are really clunky and the challenge in my organisation (5,000 FTEs + contingent) is that what I really need to achieve is behaviour change and most performanc management systems are old fashioned IT led. Taltrack has got a really fluid way of getting my managers and teams to interract.

Cons: Took me a while to find this new company, based in the UK.

Beyond that I'd say the desktop version is amazing and the mobile version takes a bit of getting used - the tinder style swipe is very cool once you get used to it.

Overall: Got my managers and teams talking to each other which ultimately is the key thing about performance management.
