Pros: I love the integration into basecamp, specifically with Kanban boards. I run our RMA/Repair system through todos which are associated to SupportBee tickets. With Kanban boards I can quickly see where a problem in my workflow is happening and who I need to action for it to continue moving. Great Tool. We do meetings where everything is based around Kanban board.

Labels!!!! I love labels get for sorting.

Cons: Customization options for fields is a miss between the two.

Right now I'm using label but would prefer to be able to make these into fields.

At the moment I create to-dos with about 25 fields for our repair team so it would be great if I could create my own fields like labels and be able to sort. The labels never stay on my to-dos if I put them on while creating the todo. I have to create the to do and then add labels.

I would love to do RMA Number of Serial Number of Product / Type.

Overall: It's been really good overall. It's already allowing for great work flow and MUCH better tracking of things and where our workflow is being held up.

Pros: I am a Basecamp superuser and generally have over 45 project cards going at one time. It was helpful to be able to customize where those projects are in their flow and move them along as we make progress.

Cons: It's been great actually, I haven't had any issues. The only thing I will say is that it shows up in my google chrome as an add-on and I often click it thinking it will give me notifications or link me somewhere, but really it only shows me which basecamps I have connected to Tracked and when I click on the basecamp it doesn't take me anywhere. It isn't an issue at all, it's just a weird thing that I don't find to be necessary or intuitive.

Overall: I've loved it and have already recommended it to other teams internally and other companies I know that use Basecamp.

Pros: I love the functionality. While it has it's occasional glitches, the overall use of it is amazing. Our company has benefited from it so much. Even though we are a smaller team we all work together, sometimes remote, and we juggle a lot of different things for an ever-growing client list. Tracked has helped us communicate better because we could hop in and see what projects were being worked on and who has been working on them. It has allowed us to break out bigger projects into smaller bit size pieces that make more sense to the team.

Cons: The glitches are pretty common. We also had some issues for a while trying to figure out labels to where we did not have to recreate the same ones every new task we made. But support was always there to help.

Overall: The ability to run a team more efficiently and have an overall view of what is happening and when and who is working on it.

Pros: This software is elegant and effective. Setup is quick, and rollout through your organization is as easy as installing a Chrome plugin. Additionally, the team is a pleasure to chat with through various support and feature requests.

Cons: My qualms with Tracked are based on it not meeting my (personal and organization) needs specifically. For starters, I don't like to use Google Chrome (at all) but Tracked only works with a Chrome extension. Secondly, our departments have different needs for a Kanban board, and Tracked wasn't flexible enough for our needs. For instance, you could choose to have the cards be either individual to-dos or entire to-do lists, but we needed both in different circumstances. Additionally, we needed a solution where someone could see one, some, or all to-dos assigned to them, but not the entire project. Though, this may have been related to our setup of Basecamp.

Overall: I'm sad that we decided Tracked wasn't the right solution for our team, because it is a great product.

Pros: We can organize everything from to-dos to documents to random thoughts about a client or project in one place so it is easy to stay on top of everything or to pick up where you left off.

Cons: one feature that I hope is coming soon is to be able to make a repeating to-do. Right now we change the date but don't have the satisfaction of checking it off every time.

Overall: A clearer mind because I know that I have captured all the parts of a client or project and I can quickly assign tasks and now that my team is on top of everything.

Pros: This adds kanbans to projects in basecamp, which is amazing, however, this takes it a step further and allows us to turn all of our projects into cards on a kanban board and individuals can organize their tasks on kanban boards.

This is a really useful add-on to basecamp and honestly is a feature that basecamp is missing.

Cons: The con is not really about tracked but about basecamp. Tracked adds a feature that I believe should natively be part of basecamp

Overall: Tracked support has been really responsive and helpful. Overall it has been a great experience and has enabled our rapidly growing agency to get even more use out of basecamp and stay on the platform longer.

Pros: Tracked is simple (near-instant) to setup and supports a basic Kanban interface for your existing projects and teams inside of Basecamp. There are only a few supported features, but they are just the ones you need which keeps this add-on light and avoids interferences with the core Basecamp functionality.

Cons: There is a small problem with bookmarking URLs to the Kanban views of project and teams: some views don't have distinct URL paths so you occasionally have to visit the page, and then interact with UI to load the proper view setting. This is mildly annoying but tiny compared to overall value of the plugin.

Overall: Tracked is a fantastic alternate view of tasks for those that like the Kanban approach to task management. Customer support for Tracked is outstanding - very timely and helpful for whatever questions arise.

Pros: I like having boards that I can see laid out for me and that I can see their due dates.

Cons: I don't like that the Kanban boards sometimes disappear, and I have to exit the program for them to come back. The program isn't very intuitive... it took me FOREVER to figure out how to get back to the project folder (as it turns out, I had to click on the hard to find name of the column the individual projects reside in). I also don't like that if the list of projects in a column is longer than what you see on your screen, manually moving individual project tiles around is a pain. Lastly, it also took me forever to figure out how to edit the description of an individual project (it turned out to be the nondescript elipses icon in the top right). I think this would be nicer if you could just go in and edit the text without having to go looking for an edit button.

Overall: Overall, the app is functional, but clumsy.

Pros: I really like how easy it is to get a Kanban view of your basecamp tasks. I find dragging tasks between categories and setting up new tasks and categories to be very easy.

Cons: I think it would be really great to set up sprints in Tracked. If we could have a more focused view of what I should be working on in a particular week or two weeks. Also it's a bit frustrating that I can't see the boards on the desktop or mobile Basecamp apps but I'm not sure much can be done about it. Also the individual view seems to be a bit buggy

Pros: I like the simple kanban layout, it's easy to use and I liked how it integrated almost seamlessly into the BC interface.

Cons: I did not like how I could only see the tasks from one project at at time.

Overall: I hope that you do add the functionality of letting Tracked access tasks across all projects shared by one team. This would be a huge advantage for basecamp. I liked the product and the communication with the tracked team, but our team is not using it because we need to see all tasks from all projects at once. We run a property management company, and each "project" is a house or property, and all members of our team work with all properties. The most important drawback to Basecamp for us is that we can only see tasks either divided by project or divided by team member which means that in our weekly scrum sprint meetings, there is no single view of all the work for our team. I've looked into a dozen team-management websites and softwares online, but none of them quite matched basecamp for storing and organizing information and records. And no add-on software was quite as appealing as Tracked for it's simple, clear design. But again, we are not using it because we do not want to look into each project separate from all others.

One of the most useful workplace additions you'll ever use.

Pros: Being able to integrate company wide tasks within a KanBan style workflow has transformed the way we work as a company. It's revolutionised the way we manage product repairs and support issues and has led to greater productivity and efficiency.

Cons: Sometimes Tracked does not load properly, especially after software updates.

Overall: Our repairs system was a disorganised mess before we used tracked. Introducing this has revolutionised the way we manage customer repairs. It's a complete life-saver.

Pros: Well considered design and implementation. Consistently improving and with very quick customer service and fast turnaround for feature requests and bug fixes.

Tracked is impressive particularly because it could be so much more limited but they have ensured it is as full featured as possible.

Cons: Unfortunate that it can't work in the desktop apps and mobile app but tbh we don't use those anyway.

The popup of a task when you click it on the Kanban is a little clunky looking and doesn't yet support the Harvest time tracking extension (although they are working on this).

Overall: As a developer, I love seeing my tasks lined up in the Backlog and sometimes make myself a Today column which gives me a lot more clarity than Basecamp's standard views. The QA/Review column is also a must have in our process when a task is done but awaiting release or approval.

Pros: Basecamp is great, but it can sometimes be difficult to communicate priorities to your team, especially if you have a ton of projects. Tracked is a useful extension. It really helps us prioritize and keep the rest of the team appraised of our progress.

Cons: Occasionally Tracked will disappear from Basecamp for no apparent reason. I won't notice until my project manager asks why I'm not using tags on my To-Dos. Then, I'll have ot reinstall it.

Pros: This makes my Basecamp tasks more dynamic, allowing me to arrange my tasks into visual columns, which is how I organize best!

Cons: The software is occasionally glitchy, requiring a reboot of the browser.

Overall: My team at work has used Asana and Trello in past, both of which offer the visual column format. We switched to Basecamp and lots of us were missing the column functionality, so Tracked has been a great addition. It helps me organize all of my tasks by tracking them by status instead of just by project.

Pros: The navigation between different interfaces is easy and organized. Everything I need to move my tasks from "to-do" to "done" is at my fingertips. I can communicate easily with everyone on my team and let them know all statuses and updates and move between all the different tasks without hassle. Its impeccable design optimizes my workflow and productivity across the board.

Cons: I would like to see an increased design personalization feature. Something to make the website feel a bit more like home (color choice or areas for updating an inspirational quote on the home page would be awesome). Overall, amazing, but it could be a bit more personalized.

Overall: Because of this product, I don't just complete my tasks - I crush them with ease. I do every job better with it, and my time is saved while doing it.

Cons: Its a minor issue when I type, sometimes indenting isn't recognized when I hit tab on my keyboard--sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Pros: The setup is about as straightforward as it gets. I like how both projects themselves and the tasks within projects can treated as boards-- that is really helpful for macro-level monitoring and prioritization for management across a project portfolio, as well as simple project visibility into the status of a group of tasks.

Cons: The admin view for Tracked needs a little front-end polish so that the table data display is a little more consistent. The button to "sync projects" can take a while and would benefit from some sort of progress bar to show time to completion.

Overall: I've been using this app for about two months now and I can see using it perpetually. It has also helped with team collaboration to provide a visual tool for organizing and prioritizing.

Pros: I like the virtual Kanban Board, and that you can customize and save a standard setup for your team to use over and again for future projects. The drag and drop makes it easy to use, and it is nice to have individual Kanban Boards within each project as well.

Cons: A few things: I didn't like that labels don't copy from one project to another, and that you can't set labels in project templates. It would be nice to be able to export the to-dos with labels so you can report on them and sort the data, but that doesn't seem to be possible.

Also, you only have two options to display cards, and neither of them are quite good enough. One is to display every item on every to-do list (including the lists itself, which is confusing) as a card, and this takes a really long time to sync if you have a lot of projects. The other is just to display the projects as cards, which is too broad when a project has multiple To-do lists and several features being worked on at once.

Overall: I was initially really excited about including a virtual Kanban Board, but with only two options to display the card (one too specific and the other too general), it doesn't really meet our needs the way we had hoped. Also, the inability to copy labels from one project to another (or put them into templates) and lack of any real reporting or exporting and sorting capability was disappointing. Overall, I thought it would be more useful than it actually is for our needs.

Pros: Ease of use, flexibility (it works for coordinating a training, projects, home, work), ability to comment and have those comments go to the person's email, LOVE being able to move the cards from list to list, labels and the notifications.

Cons: Need a way to create To Do list templates (that don't go on the KanBan board).

Overall: As a coordinator for a busy training company, I have a million details to keep track of every day. I was very reluctant to use this software but now that I have started I will not go without it. The software is flexible, fairly intuitive and never fails (where my memory often does). I really like being able to move the cards around from column to column, the ability to add documents, links and comments right in the To Do list, the labels so you can view like things together and so much more!

Pros: It brings a feature to Basecamp that is almost essential for efficiency and productivity. Trello and Asana already allows for Kanban .... This add-on allows Basecamp to finally do the same.

Cons: Not as flexible as other Kanban solutions... probably more on BaseCamp's side... Was not able to have a single Kanban card where you could have to dos as part of the card; limited color coding, limted labeling ... compare it with Trello or Asana's Kanban features and you may agree.

Overall: Gave Basecamp a Kanban solution... something it needs badly.

Pros: Ability to link Basecamp cards to priorities. Would be hard to link each card with a separate card in Trello.

Discussions are all in one place.

Addresses a legit need in Basecamp lots of engineering teams use Kanban boards.

Cons: Its not as easy to use as Trello.

It feels a little clunky and hard to use for example, when clicking on a card, it appears in a small-ish modal, which is a chore to navigate. Would rather have it open in a larger modal that looks more like the Basecamp UI.

Overall, it might make more sense to just use Trello for engineering related tasks, and only use Basecamp for things that the rest of the company needs to see/comment on.

Overall: Kanban board for Basecamp cards, a single place for comments around tasks.

Pros: It is great to be able to quickly address and view my teams workload, and in real time, the way the individual Kanban boards interact with overall project boards is great and saves a lot of time giving status updates manually.

Cons: There is not a company wide - all projects - kanban. It would be great to have a view of what everyone is working on across multiple projects. It also doesn't interact with our time - tracking software. Lots of clicks for some of our team.

Overall: We quickly realised after we started using Tracked that within our projects we had a lot of unnecessary tasks in the backlog. It gave us a really quick reality check, and has forced us to look at projects and prioritise better.

Pros: The agile/scrum style verticals are a essential for productivity and efficiency. The labels feature transforms Basecamp into an application that provides so much value for what you are getting.

Overall: Increased efficiency when using Basecamp. I know exactly where I am at with my project/assignment and what I still have to do. Our team meetings are much shorter with Basecamp/Tracked because our team knows exactly what page everyone is on and/or if anyone is stuck or overloaded with work. Please keep updating/improving on this software.

Pros: Great product, easy to use and very affordable price. The addition of the 'My Kanban' option was great!

Pros: I like the kanban board, but wish the status was more clear on each to-do when you are NOT looking at the Kanban board. It's so tiny.

Cons: I wish the kanban had the ability to move entire projects, not just the to-dos. That way we can group our stuff together once it's all ready for QA, rather than seeing every single to-do. It would be cool if you could open a project and move the to-dos, or keep the project closed and move the entire thing.

Overall: We work on a large marketing team, and we find that when we collaborate, we have to be careful with kanban board, because moving one to-do for myself, means moving it for other people that are attached to that to-do as well.

Pros: I love how we can easily create & use labels. Very helpful and makes basecamp extraordinarily more useful for teams.

Cons: It's not 100% intuitive how to make the most of labels and get cross-functional insight into different teams and projects when there is overlap among them. More user guides and/or videos would be really valuable.

Pros: This serves our companies needs for a Kanban plugin at a great price which is easy to set up and use. No need to be an IT expert to get users up and running.

Cons: The sync is often delayed and forces the need for a manual re-sync. Would be nice if the Basecamp tasks could be edited directly from the Kanban board, or at least returned to the board after editing a task.

Overall: Our company features many brands with many teams working on creative and digital projects in Basecamp. Tracked gives us a great view of what is scheduled and what phse of the project it exists in which we could not find a solution for prior to Tracked.

Pros: It is easy to create new To-dos, and move them around the columns.

It is useful to have a different board for each project/team.

Integration with Basecamp was simple to do.

Cons: The Kanban UI could be a lttle more polished/beautiful. Although I imagine it could be difficult to change while still maintaining design consistency with Basecamp.

We used to use Jira Kanban, and I think it was more pleasant to look at.

Besides that, there is the fact that the product can get pricy for a great number of collaborators.

Overall: Organizing workflow and integration with tool used at company-wide level

Pros: I like the fact that Tracked team continuously innovates and is incorporating more agile features into the kanban board, so scrum masters can implement the agile process in a much more organized and easy fashion on Basecamp.

Cons: Wish Tracked worked on multiple browsers and also on offline installation of Basecamp

Overall: Tracked is good. Though I feel it is slightly expensive for being just a plugin, Its worth is in a way justified by how important that features are to implement agile development. However, Tracked may lose its value, if these obvious features are implemented by basecamp or another plugin, at lower or no-cost.

Pros: Assigning labels is a convenient way to group the tasks and also makes it easier to search and navigate to a particular task. I used labels to group the tasks according to functional areas.

Cons: Initially it took me a while to figure out how to add a new label as the process of adding a new label I feel is a bit ambiguous. Once you know it, its pretty simple.

Cons: So far, I have not found really any cons to the software. As i continue to use the software, i will continue to provide feedback for improvement as it comes in.

Pros: - Immediately missed kanban boards coming from Clubhouse, glad that there is a solution for Basecamp

- board UI / UX is pretty good

- covers the important features that I want

Cons: - Not always obvious how to navigate to a board, for example an entire project kanban from the project to-do page, or a single to-do list from the to-list page.

- if I click on a to-do, the breadcrumb navigation takes me back to the to do list, not the kanban board

- can't have custom columns on a per-project basis?

- would prefer that to-do items launched in a modal rather than navigating away from the board

- would prefer a left column navigation with checkboxes for filters rather than the header filtering

- no Firefox support

- would like to see to-do item relationships like blocking / blocker

- would like basic github PR / branch integration

- would like reporting (arguably Basecamp should do this though)

Pros: The most beneficial aspect of this software is the ability to restructure your list of to dos in Basecamp to help prioritize efficiently.

Cons: It would be nice to have time stamps of when projects were moved to their lists for better time management.

Overall: My overall experience with Tracked has been great! With many projects in Basecamp, to dos or even entire projects seem to get lost. Tracked has helped to organize and prioritize my Basecamp significantly. It has also helped to reduce the time spent in meeting going over every single to do by narrowing that down to what we are currently working on.

Cons: It doesn't work with the BaseCamp app, so if I want to use it, I have to open my browser and go to BaseCamp's website. Also, when I first installed it, it was confusing and din't really know where to find the Kanban board. After your figure it out though, it works great.

Pros: My office recently made the switch from another project management software to Basecamp, and the biggest things we were missing was the ability to flag tasks, and the utilization of Kanban boards. Tracked solved both of those huge gaps.

Cons: Sometimes the interface gets a little clunky, when trying to manage labels. You can power through, but it is a point of annoyance.

Pros: It's simple and straightforward. Adds kanban style cards and other functionalities that software developers in particular miss about basecamp.

Cons: Because it's so targeted and simple, sometimes there are important functionalities that are missing. It is also a bit buggy at times. When first integrating, we had trouble getting it to work properly, and it wouldn't show for every account.

Overall: Adds functionalities that are not native to basecamp and are quite important, especially for software developers.

Pros: It makes todos much easier to track and manage inside Basecamp. It's very useful to be able to track the status of items beyond the simple checkbox that Basecamp provides.

Tracked is also well integrated in to basecamp.com despite being just a browser addon, which is great.

Cons: Because of the way todos are grouped and listed (from the normal todo page in Basecamp), it can sometimes be confusing to figure out how to add a todo in the right place.

Overall: The application is a great addition to Basecamp at a reasonable price point. We use it daily and it takes a lot of the confusion out of a basecamp with a lot of to-dos. The only thing that I think might be useful is if the filters on a board were able to 'stick' so that when I went back into a board the filters I had set the last time were still there.

Pros: It's extremely easy to use and integrates well with Basecamp. It adds a new section with the Kanban Board where we can literally drag and drop like a post-it on a real board. We can label, assign dates and people like a normal to-do.

Cons: Having it as a chrome extension might not be the best option for some users. And it will not mark tasks as complete when moved to the Done section.

Pros: I liked the ability to see all of our to-dos across projects in one board. Our company struggles with the holisitc overview of all projects .

Cons: My main complaint is the difference in views - when you view a project folder's kanban board you see the names of the to-do lists, but when you view all of a person's to-dos or all of the company's to-dos you see each individual to do rather the names of lists. This made the naming difficult because we had to develop a naming system that was specific whether you were viewing the to-do lists or each individual to do.

The updating was also weird sometimes. In the "view all of ____'s to dos" it would show to-dos from projects that were archived. But it wouldn't show those on the individual projects board.

Overall: We have since left tracked because of the issues states above.

Pros: The best part about this software is, of course, the board. It's easy to use and provides a great, quick visual of ticket progress.

Cons: Some cons:

- Syncing tickets puts everything at the bottom. This makes sense, but it's hard to prioritize tickets because a user has to drag them manually.

- It'd be great to create permissions that restrict which users can shift tickets to which lanes.

Pros: I love that there is finally a kanban board integration with Basecamp 3 that is straight-forward and relatively simple to use within existing Basecamp projects.

Cons: Some of the features and functionality feel a bit clunky in the beginning; however, once a workflow is well established across the team, we've found these issues are not terribly impactful given the value of the integration overall.

Pros: The integration into basecamp was made easier with teams more used to the Kanban model than the to do list model. Once they connected and saw the Kanban model we could transition off the more expensive project management software

Cons: The fact the software is bound to the browser version meaning that on my Mac where I use the application there was no visibility of the boards.

Pros: - Tracked was fast, you can't recognize that all columns were created by extensions. Performance was also great

- Pretty convenient, you could bring TODO items to Tracked's Columns pretty easy and manage thems smoothly

Cons: It's may not Tracked fault, it's Basecamp. BaseCamp is not okay to apply Scrum/Kanban, so it's pretty hard for Tracked to do all the stuff.

Pros: The kanban boards are so useful! Being able to switch between users and projects is crucial to my developers and my daily workflow.

Cons: We used the estimate feature, I wish we could get a sum at the top of the KanBan boards letting us know total effort.

Overall: Tracked is the only reason my team was willing to switch to basecamp. We use the labels, effort estimates, and KanBan for every task.

Pros: I love how Tracked lets you add some structure to basecamp, including statuses for agile management, as well as tagging and filtering your board by assignee etc. It's an excellent balance between too simple and too complex.

Cons: I don't like how the board isn't a real-time reflection, and requires a manually initiated refresh, which takes some time.

Pros: The Kanban feature is great for tracking workflows and helps in prioritising tasks much easily. It has definitely helped increase my productivity while keeping me organized.

Cons: Consolidating different Kanban boards would be useful, and having tasks across different Kanban boards, i.e project specific and a personal one, without the tasks moving around.

Pros: You don't need to get out of Basecamp to see your boards, same layout and easy do locate and its promisse to solve one of my big issues with Basecamp, that is organize and priorize many todos.

Cons: Very slow, fi you need to use it many times a day you give up and also your team. I think the ideia is great but need something more to keep using. One example is if I organize a KanbanBoard to one designer and if he move the jobs in his board and add the job to another designer, nothing will change in the other designer board and also the board names are always different. Maybe its usefull to a small team or to a freelance.

Pros: Functionality is great, some minor bugs, but overall it's great. It helps a lot with the workflow of my team and current projects. Better communication and ability to make more sense of projects.

Cons: Maybe the refresh rate isn't so great. Sometimes you have to refresh manually.

Overall: We use it in a design environment and it's been a great experience.

Pros: The ease of navigation is really enjoyable. My company used to use Trello, and this system sort of replicates that. I feel like Tracked has helped Basecamp become a more diverse system.

Cons: I wish there was color coordination outside of just the labels. It feels sort of blank without it.

Overall: It's very good and effective for organization!

Pros: I love kanban board style task management which is what basecamp 3 lacks, but tracked fills that gap, and really well. Feels like its part of BC3, the integration is pretty flawless.

Cons: Sometimes there can be a small delay with new to-dos showing up on the board.

Overall: I love it, and have multiple people here at the office using it.

Pros: Custom Labels. I can label and track any task with more efficiency. Other users can easily identify new to-dos and prioritize what to work on first.

Cons: I don't like that it is only from Chrome as I use the mobile app and the desktop version of BC3 as well. But i understand it is not possible to extend to these applications.

Pros: I love being able to see my projects in a column format, which I have labeled based on status of of the project. The ability to add labels adds extra valuable information at a glance.

Cons: It has a very hard time staying synced. Projects that show up in My Assignments are missing when viewed by Tracked (My Kanban Board)

Overall: When it works, it's fabulous! But when it doesn't stay properly synced, it's worthless.

Pros: The visual view we get has improved our efficiency so well that we didn't have to switch project management systems as we scale.

Cons: I would love to see a cleaner UI for boards. Something even nicer looking, if possible. And it would be amazing to see it work in other browsers outside of Chrome.

Pros: Tracked was the only solution that would allow us to have Kanban boards within the actual Basecamp 3 website itself. That "single source of truth" is important to us -- we've had issues in the past with data getting missed because it's siloed in multiple places. There were other Kanban providers for Basecamp, but none that surfaced the data within the Basecamp interface.

Cons: It's a bit limited because of how it's implemented. Inserting and rearranging page elements on-the-fly to add the Kanban views to the standard Basecamp pages sometimes causes visual glitches or rendering oddities. Page elements wind up out of place sometimes and refreshing the page doesn't always fix the problem.

Overall: It helped us organize a bit better.

Pros: This is probably the best way to allow Kanban board functionality in Basecamp.

Cons: While this add-on does its job, it's fairly basic in presentation, and is awkward to navigate to/from in the Basecamp workflow.

Overall: In our search for project management software, we looked at using Basecamp + Tracked as a solution for our technical teams who needed to track tasks in sprints. Tracked definitely made Basecamp a more attractive options for this, but ultimately, we decided on another tool since this solution felt duct-taped together.

Pros: Adds a missing functionality from Basecamp - the labeling feature is very helpful and it baffles me why Basecamp doesn't develop their product to include this feature.

Cons: The Kanban boards look nice and are likely helpful for some but this tool lacks the ability to provide high level oversight. Timelines/gannt charts etc.. would be a great addition.

Overall: It made Basecamp moderately more helpful. It was problematic because all users needed to add the extension to have the same view/capabilities and that change management was ultimately too difficult/not worth it. Our organization requires administrative permission for Chrome extensions and it would be ideal to apply this to anyone that is a member of our Basecamp account so individuals are not required to take this upon themselves in a large organization.
