Pros: The ease of use made it very helpful. Very simplistic and very easy. Tracking with one button and integrated with basecamp

Cons: With many projects, its hard to search for the specific project. Editing times took a little time as well.

Tracked has become an essential part of our use of Basecamp for our teams and clients.

Pros: The great support we have received form the Tracked team to help us meet our needs; the ease of use for our clients.

Cons: The limitations on true integration with Basecamp, being a view rather than a complete tool for using a Kanban board.

Pros: The organisation and customisation of the to do list is simple and does not detract from the overall use of Basecamp.

Cons: It only works on Chrome - I use basecamp on a mac application as well and there is no support for that.

Overall: Easy team and project management in a style they were accustomed. This facilitated the transition to Basecamp

Tracked has been excellent in helping our entire office stay on track with tasks and deadlines.

Pros: I love the way tracked integrates into Basecamp. The look is simplistic but organized and it makes sense in my head. I love how your entire team can see what you have moved into the "doing" column. This is especially convenient if more than one person is assigned to a task, you can then see someone else is working on a project so you can start working on the second one. I think the drag and drop feature. This is convenient and honestly entertaining. I like how you can sort through labels and assignees. This helps if you are looking for a specific project or just want to see what you have on your plate that day. Over all I love it!

Cons: I wish the to-do column automatically grouped the projects for the same client together, or grouped the same projects with the same labels together, rather than it just being all the projects at random in the to-do column.

Overall: Better time management within our team and less confusion about when projects are do and less missed tasks.

Pros: The visual view we get has improved our efficiency so well that we didn't have to switch project management systems as we scale.

Cons: I would love to see a cleaner UI for boards. Something even nicer looking, if possible. And it would be amazing to see it work in other browsers outside of Chrome.

Added 3rd party integration to Basecamp to help agency track hours

Pros: I tested several solutions and chose this one because of how well it integrated into Basecamp. It was very easy to use within the platform

Cons: I wish that the trial time was longer. 14 days was not an adequate time to get everybody on the team to add it in and start using it.

Pros: Very intuitive to use.

Stellar features such as mirroring completed tasks in the Kanban board with the task list.

Cons: No ability to consolidate all Kanban boards for each project into one big (overview) board.

No ability to mirror all of the custom labels to all of the other Kanban boards.

Using Tracked has been an easy, intuitive experience.

Pros: It's ease of use and the fact that it works with Basecamp. It allows us to keep accurate product times.

Cons: It would be nice to track time from Basecamp on each individual task page. It is a bit frustrating to back out to task to-do list to be able to manage time.

Overall: Ability to adequately bill.

Pros: I love that there is finally a kanban board integration with Basecamp 3 that is straight-forward and relatively simple to use within existing Basecamp projects.

Cons: Some of the features and functionality feel a bit clunky in the beginning; however, once a workflow is well established across the team, we've found these issues are not terribly impactful given the value of the integration overall.

Really helps organize our thoughts in a visual manner.

Pros: The ability to add labels is really awesome and makes it easier to organize things by importance so I know what needs to be done today, tomorrow and next week.

Cons: Adding and changing admins for the main account needs to be a bit easier as people come and go through the organization.

Pros: Customer service is great, very responsive, quick fixes to issues.
Love the labels and the Kanban boards

Cons: There were some bugs, however, they quickly resolved
Need to install and register browser extension on every pc that you use

Overall, very easy to use!

Pros: The best part about this software is, of course, the board. It's easy to use and provides a great, quick visual of ticket progress.

Cons: Some cons:
- Syncing tickets puts everything at the bottom. This makes sense, but it's hard to prioritize tickets because a user has to drag them manually.
- It'd be great to create permissions that restrict which users can shift tickets to which lanes.
