Pros

Excellent addition to BaseCamp, allows for agile planning, easier stand up meetings, more visual way to visualise workload of each resource, their workflow and allows for easy 'on the fly' priorisation. If you are doing sprints or work with agile and you have BaseCamp this is a must have integration

Cons

It takes a bit to load, but it's not much time and is normal being an integration

Communication with a team that is remote from each other.

Pros

Communicating with the team; asking questions of the team; creating to-do's for other team members and self; sharing documents; pinging.

Cons

Email notifications are a little delayed; i'd prefer that they be sent instantaneously. I wish pings could pop up on your computer vs. being sent to email.

Pros

I love the ability to make my Basecamp To-dos into a kanban style board. The user interface is so clean and really meshes with Basecamp.

Cons

I don't like having to pay for each user that uses Tracked. Some people don't need access to the board but are in the team, so they still have to pay.

Love that Tracked is now a part of basecamp! It feels like it always should have been a part of the software as it allow us to stay in basecamp for all of our project needs, rather than jumping in between software and has made us more efficient in our day to day projects!

Pros

We love using basecamp with some of our partners to easily keep track of a project, but Tracked has increased that organization tenfold. We can keep everything from a task list to assets to comments all in one place so that we can all easily stay on top of the project!

Cons

It would be nice to have Tracked in the desktop and/or mobile apps, as I sometimes am on Basecamp from my phone. Overall, not much I would change!

Great ROI delivered already from the time savings alone. The UI responsiveness really sealed the deal!

Pros

Coming from using JIRA for years, Tracked was a breath of fresh air! So much better performance when dealing with large scale project management.

Cons

Some of the workflows seemed non-intuitive to me, but that was probably just because I was used to JIRA! I'll get used to it eventually.

Pros

This software allows you to customize your to-do list and makes for better time management as you can rank your to-do's as well as customize the length that a certain task will require.

Cons

It does cost to add Tracked to your Basecamp.. but it does have benefits and a free trial is available to see if the add on is beneficial to your workplace.
