I can label and track any task with more efficiency. Other users can easily identify new to-dos and prioritize what to work on first. Cons I don't like that it is only from Chrome as I use the mobile app and the desktop version of BC3 as well. But i understand it is not possible to extend to these applications. Pros The ease of navigation is really enjoyable. My company used to use Trello, and this system sort of replicates that. I feel like Tracked has helped Basecamp become a more diverse system. Basecamp is really good for that. and add the KanBan aspect offer a real advange. I really like :) Thanks for that. I spend less time planning the execution and more time executing my tasks. Pros What I like the most is the possibility of displaying my tasks in kanban format. This is very useful because I can keep track of the project in a more visual form. Cons I'd be nice to edit my cards directly on the software, instead of going back to basecamp. So it's easy to implement with our current process. Cons It's not used by a lot of the people we work with externally. Haven't used the customer service yet. Cons It isn't as fluid with Basecamp as I would like. If it integrated in with the project a little easier it would be better, but worked in the end.
