Less phone calls, easier/faster way to communicate with clients

Pros

Really intuitive and easy to use. All the latest updates have just made it even better. Now can have separate clinic hours from appointment hours, which makes scheduling even easier!

Cons

Wish clients could access a bit more info about their pet's medical history. Possibly an easier way for clients to request a multi-pet appointment would be nice too.

Pros

Incredibly easy to use. Can make multiple appointments in the time it takes to complete one phone call. Customer Service chat is convenient and helpful. I really enjoy using the app and wish more clients would download it. Get a lot of comments from staff and clients about ease of use.

Cons

Have had a couple issues with clients getting reminders via app that have already been completed. Customer support has never really been able to pinpoint the cause. Could just be user error. Otherwise, there isn't much I don't like about this software.

Still needs slight changes, but definitely a great resource.

Pros

Easy to use, convenient for us and customers, pushes reminders about treatments that are due, allows clients to confirm appointments.

Cons

You can't shut off appointment requests the night before if fully booked. Also can't shut off appointment requests for certain times if for say we have surgery in the morning and don't take appointments.

I wish that videos would come through on the text messaging, most will not play.

user-friendly interface; appointment scheduling and cancellations are simple; the new ROI report is a cool feature

Cons

The character limits for sending direct messages or responding to appointment requests are often too restricting and we can't fit necessary information in those messages. The reviews requests are sent too frequently, as well, and can be irritating to clients.

I love that clients can request and confirm appointments on the app. Also that we can text them from the app.

Cons

I don't have a least favorite about this product. I love that clients can review us, request appointments, request medication refills and confirm appointments.

I do not like that it does not link to practice management software, so we need to take additional steps to document communications through petdesk with clients

The medication refill option has been great and so has texting.

Cons

We had to opt out of the online scheduling because we were getting too many clients thinking that they could come in whenever they wanted to for everything from tech appointments, sick pet appointments, wellness exams to even surgeries.

Reason for choosing PetDesk

Pet Pro just launched and Petdesk has been used with the company for awhile now

great compliance and a growing business

Pros

I love the texting/direct message capability, my clients LOVE their reminders on their phone, and the ability to schedule appointments whenever they want. I also like the reviews it can generate.

Cons

I wish it would set up that we are only open two Saturdays a month. It would be great if it had some vetted client education material quick on there that would then link to calling the vet if needed. Sometimes clients accidentally send messages to Petdesk themselves vs us.

PetDesk is a modern software for your pet animal care and management. This is an amazing tool for the new pet lovers and also for those have pets . This will offer you 24 hour and 7 days service. PetDesk provide you easy doctor appoinment service as well as ready solution to your pets . You will get to knoe the correct diet,nutrient, and proper management guideline too. As well as vaccination schedule too.

Cons

So far we are happy with this software. We were in a hurry for such apps that provide pet care

I would recommend this app to any new pet owner. It's a great way to keep track of their records and have it on you at all times.

Pros

I love that I have everything I need to know about my dog right there on my phone. My dog is now two, but when I got him at six months, there was so much to keep track of. I have it all on my phone with PetDesk.

Cons

I haven't had any trouble with PetDesk. I've had everything I need right at my fingertips. It even lets me put in a picture of my dog. I love it.

Clients enjoy that they can message us through their app and see what vaccines their pet is due for.

Pros

I love that you can see vaccinations, rabies tag number, microchip numbers and that you can put pics of your pets on there.

Cons

There is nothing bad I can say about this app. It is great. I love this app and I recommend it to all our clients.

Pros

Customer service is great, fast and friendly. Also like the website design and features. Ap very user friendly for the clients

Cons

Doesn't interact with our appointment book in impromed and can't build a more detail survey for client feedback. Would like to be able to text back and forth with the client in the text box vs receiving all their responses via email. Would like to text clients without the app being downloaded on their phone.

Met at trade show. Offered less work and better communication w/ clients. The customer service is quick and they address the concern in a very prompt fashion. Reminders keep clients coming and they can call to schedule a change, or they cancel digitally. I believe this company has made me more money w/ less work.

Pros

Keeps my clients reminded that there is an appointment. E-mail blasts keeps our name fresh.

Cons

Client is unable to access a calendar to secure an appointment. They can only request.

Pros

Easy to use and get around the site for useful information regarding clients usage. The reviews that clients give our business is helpful to let the team in the direction needed to improve and also as a morale boost.

Cons

Right now I do not have any negative comments. We have used this program to help us know what we are doing right as well as what to improve on.
