occ complication with avimark software and each one says its the others problem

Pros

Added online pharm recently and it is Easy to use for clients and was a tool in marketing this new program

Cons

I would like a targeted audience that pulls from our system to send reminders to our clients For example dental reminders to get compliance based Sending individual letters o those clients only

Pros

Facile à utiliser pour un client, mais pas en FRANÇAIS!!

Cons

L'absence totale des fonctionnalisés en FRANÇAIS!!!! Il s'agit d'une application offerte dans l'ensemble du Canada, incluant le Québec. Le Canada est un pays ayant 2 langues officielles et, de plus, au Québec, le français doit être prédominant. L'anglais doit être offert en option. Comme client d'une clinique vétérinaire, je sui excessivement déçu du choix fait par cette clinique. Merci.

Pros

Ease of use and management of app. I like how I can request appointments and receive reminders. I also like being about to utilize this when out and about when needing to access my pets info.

Cons

Was disappointed when one of the prescheduled appointments was somehow missed and our vet clinic did not have us on the schedule for that day.

So easy to use. Clean interface and powerful.

Pros

Great communication tool. Simple to use but powerful. Love the reminder and appointment confirmation feature and so much more.

Cons

None that I can think of. Takes care of all our needs.
