### "The best page for voip services and international number"

Best of all, buy my number in the United States with a few steps and receive calls on my conventional phone is the best experience, to make calls also through voip applications you can use your conventional phone for everything.

Pros

They have a very easy-to-use platform, the number purchase sections are very intuitive and they complement with tutorials to be able to connect everything with your phone, it allows you to redirect calls and have your phone number in the United States among other countries very easily.

Cons

I did not find any, it is very complete, perhaps you can expand the business to other services that are related to numbers and calls

### "Good long-term choice for international-facing companies"

We run a service business with clients in several countries, and we chose Zadarma mainly for international numbers. Over time, we expanded our use to almost all phone-related communication.

Pros

Local numbers in different countries made a real difference in how clients perceive us. Inbound call volume increased because people are more comfortable dialing a familiar number. Routing those calls to a central team works smoothly, regardless of where staff are physically located. Outbound calls are reasonably priced, and call quality has been consistent even when staff work remotely or travel frequently.

Cons

Understanding which destinations are included in bundled minutes versus billed separately takes attention. We had a few surprises early on before we learned to check call reports more carefully.

We’ve had a terrible experience with ZADARMA. Since August 21, 2025, we’ve been trying to verify just one phone number. We submitted all company data, an employee photo with passport and date, and every requested document. After a week, nothing happened. Our documents were rejected because the date “no longer matched”—but that’s only because support replies once every two days! By the time they review, the date is outdated again. Slow, incompetent, and not reliable for business. Avoid ZADARMA.

Pros

Easy to register, but everything else is a disappointment. Maybe the pricing looks attractive at first glance.

Cons

– Extremely slow support — replies only every two days. – Ridiculous verification process, documents constantly rejected for no reason. – Unprofessional and unreliable, impossible to use for business. – Wasted over a week just to verify one phone number. – Overall incompetence and lack of responsibility.

### "Flexible communication tool with features that support daily business operations "

We will using the Zadarma for sometime now, and it has been a flexible option for managing our calls and overall communication flow. It fits into our daily work white well and handles are basic requirements without any major issues so far.

Pros

One thing we liked is the variety of features, especially virtual numbers and call routing which allowed us to set things up in a way that suits are business needs.

Cons

The system works fine for what we need, and over time having a few more advanced customisation option could make it even more adaptable for different use cases.

We have been using zadarma for our business call for a while now.it replace a max of forwarding and mobile phones so far it's been stable

Pros

Call quality is good. IVR and routing work as expected. Weise business hr vociemail to email and call recording adding new user is quick and does not required extra set upit works fine for both office and remote staff.we contacted support during rthe firt setup they replied clearly and help us solve the issue with out long back and forth. After that we did not need much assitance.

Cons

The admin panel as many setting soit take some time to understand we everything is it works well but it not very modern

Extremely inconvenient service, customer care, or uncare, and respect. I made an order of business line for my startup, and selected a special number. To set up the phone number and make it functional, they asked for a bill of utility for the business, which is a brand-new business. I told them we have subscribed to a utility and are waiting to receive the bill, which will be provided once it's received shortly, since it's a startup. For no reason, without any confirmation, they cancelled my plan and banned my account from gaining numbers. They wanted to regain the special number I selected, and so they have no care for anyone who wants to use their service. It's really inadvisable to use this platform. Take care of your matter and don't get their service. I imagine how difficult to deal with them; moreover, if you have a business number that your clients used to contact you on, Zadarma can cancel it at any time and ruin your business !!!

Pros

Nothing to like, except some attractive feature, which will not be accessible, actually. The PBX looks great, but if it works!

Cons

Giving a hard time to people and businesses. They only attract clients by features and plans, but after that, they make people live harder. Their admins have some rocks in their brains!

We’ve been using Zadarma for our calling needs for a while now, and overall it’s been working quite well for us. it does what we expected In terms of cost and functionality, and the setup wasn’t too complicated either which made it easier to get started.

Pros

From our experience, the pricing is quite reasonable, and having access to virtual numbers along with call management features gives us good flexibility in how we handle communication.

Cons

Zadarma already offers a decent set of features, and maybe with a bit more detailed documentation or guidance, it could become even easier for new users to understand everything properly.

We've been using Zadarma for over a year. At first we needed one number, but later moved most of our calls there. Now it's our main phone system.

Pros

Call quality, stable IVR and routing work as expected. We use business hours, voicemail to email, and call recording. It's helpful that the team can answer from laptops or mobile phones. Adding users or numbers is quick and does not interrupt anything.

Cons

Setup takes time. There are many settings, and if you rush, you can mis configure call flow. Other than that it has been ha great experience.

Pros

Getting international numbers was straightforward. Routing them to one central team works smoothly. Customers are more comfortable calling local numbers. Call quality has been stable in different locations. Billing details are clear in reports.

Cons

You should monitor pricing for different destinations, and especially for outbound international calls.

Tienen centralita virtual virtual con un editor que es fácil de configurar, ves todo escenario de llamadas. Softphone es como aplicacion de movil no tiene mucha historia.

Cons

marcar 00 y el código, aunque se puede configurar, pero si usas diferentes países para llamar no se si es posible que detecte.

### "Vaule for money but some anoying quirks"

The support is very limited but on the positive side (apoart from the few issues I have) I never need to contact them.

Pros

The subscription model is clear and not too expensive compared to the functionalities provided. We use Zadarma PBX to interactt with customers in Sweden.

Cons

There are three annoying issues: 1. At unpredictable times we cannot reach a number we dial. After a few minutes this usually works again. Might be the number we dial is occupied, but the software does not show it. It just cancels the connection attempt. 2. We use SMS to respond to customers and for that having our local (virtual) number as the sender-id is crucial. Until some months ago this worked well with Zadarma via the web-portal (it never worked via the app, see #3 below), although Zadarma do not guarantee to send the virtual number as sender-id. Currently our virtual number is never used as sender-id by Zadarma. The sender-id that is used currently is 'Zadarma.com', which looks very unprofessional to my customers. Next to that my customers do not recognize the sms are not able to respond directly to my SMS-es anymore (the recipient cannot respond to the 'Zadarma.com' sender-id). Zadarma support just states that it is not guaranteed (to me 'not guaranteed' means it does not work all the time, but currently it NEVER works) which is quite unsatisfying. Especially this started after I was fully set-up with Zadarma so I also feel a bit locked in... 3. The Zadarma Android app supports multiple lines that can be switched on/of individually. The SMS function in the app however only sends SMS with sender 'Zadarma.com'. More than once my recipients just discarded of my SMS-es because they did not recognize the sender. I fear getting blacklisted because of this.

Pros

The instructions they have made it very easy to set up. I did get stuck one time and chatted with customer support. The support was amazing! They guided me to the correct settings had me set up in less than a minute. The pricing is competitive. It's fast and easy to get any number I wanted. I am so far very happy with Zadarma and would recommend them to anyone looking for an online phone service.

Cons

So far I have no issues or complaints about anything.

Con el fin de facilitarnos la comunicación entre nuestros asistentes virtuales (chatbot) con los usuarios de nuestras aplicaciones, conocimos Zadarma. Nos permitió la interacción entre nuestro software y los usuarios diarios con los que nuestras aplicaciones interactuan. Lamentablemente, por cuestiones de dinero no la utilizamos con tanta frecuencia como antes.

Pros

Cuenta con un amplio abanico de canales de comunicaciones implementados, por lo que nos facilitó la conexión con herramientas que hemos desarrollado en la empresa donde trabajo. Si bien la configuración es compleja, no se hizo tan dificil de realizarlo. Cuenta con un amplio catálogo de plataformas para vincular.

Cons

Puede que la configuración de la plataforma requiera de algo de conocimiento para comenzar a utilizarlo.

Unable to used at all, too much promises at the end the feature doesn't work at all

Cons

Nothing worked for me, so wasted of time and money, they make jokes about your problem, and blame other for they fraud. Duplicate number? and they blame Whatsapp :-D

Reason for choosing Zadarma

yes, they say this will work, I asked specific for Whatsapp ( for whatsapp bussines) and nothing. More the number that I pay for is a duplicate of an existent number so I am not able to create an account that has confirmation through SMS. I already tried with 4 services and NO WORK AT ALL.

### "Reliable and cost-effective solution "

Pros

I run a company in the US (Florida), and we have customers in States and worldwide (most of them in Europe). We are exploring new markets/target audiences, and switched to pure b2b to the mix of b2b and b2c. Now some of the new customers are calling our main office (we are trying to move communication to email/chats, but that just don't often work, people want to get a consultation by voice - don't know why). So, we needed a solution to set up calls without buying own hardware/software and managing this stuff. I've come across Zadarma's site and found their rates very pleasant compared to other providers, so I decided to give it a try. For now, we are using it for several months already, and almost everything is fine: no outages, charges are accurate (and still low).

Cons

A couple of time there were situations with wrong calls when the number belonged to someone else, and people kept calling it. I had to contact support to get this fixed, however this was done very fast both times.

Pros

Quite easy to set up and easy to get a new number. Price is fair.

Cons

Support and integration with bitrix24. Zadarma and bitrix24 are so-called partners but none of them try to help to implement the integration, it is always the other company's problem. So none of them wants to help you.

Pros

\-Absolutely nothing. I had one goal, and the system would not allow me to achieve it.

Cons

The goal was to use the product for virtual number. But my actual phone number could not be verified for some reason, and because of that they could not provide me with the service. The customer support was atrocious, it was like talking to a bot. The initial responses were same as I was getting from the online form. I had asked the operator to say "potatoes" to prove that they were not a bot.

We connected Zadarma to our CRM to keep track of calls. It improve visibility and reduce manual work.

Pros

Calls log automatically with duration and recording. Manager can review conversation when needed. The team doesnt have to manually enter every call. It saves time and keep everything consistent.

Cons

Integration requires careful setup and even small configuration mistakes can prevent calls from syncing correctly across devices.

Pros

The system allows detailed routing. We use IVR, call queues, and fallback rules. It helped reduce missed calls and distribute workload better. Adding new extensions is simple and doesn’t require hardware. It also works across devices. Some people use desk phones, others laptops or mobile apps. The experience stays consistent.

Cons

The admin panel has many options and can feel overwhelming at first. You need to plan your call flow before building it.
